Chase Bank Reviews

Kevin Thompson1How long are we going to leave the drive up ATM not working. Why have it! You'd think a manager responsible for the bank would fix this. Every time it's broke. Either says it can't dispense cash on the screen or it will act like it's fine then at the very end say it's having difficulties try again later. It's been this way over a month and I'm about to pull my accounts and go somewhere that wants it's customers to appreciate the bennifits of said facility!

Adrian Paull1This bank appears to have no concept of customer service. Several of us stood in line for over ten minutes watching a single teller deal with a complex issue while other Chase employees chatted with each other apparently oblivious of the waiting customers. Perhaps Chase should send their staff to Safeway to see how they constantly flex staff to assist customers versus have them stand around talking with each other. I left without receiving any assistance.

Sarah Dorman1The worst banking experience in my life. I made an appointment to be seen in the branch to set up a new appointment, after 30 minutes of waiting after my appointment was scheduled then finally being brought back to an office to be left there alone while the manager left to go talk to other employees. I had to leave since the appointment would be atleast an hour once started and I would then be late for work. I rescheduled my appointment for today for a phone meeting at 11am. Mind you, the website offered me this option to open a new account. After 11:10am I sent an email to remind the associate of my appointment and asked for them to get back to me as soon as possible. I then called the manager of the branch here in Payson to explain what was going on. She told me because I choose a phone interview, I wouldn't be able to open a new account that way. ( well then the site shouldn't offer that option) she then told me I could do it myself online. This is ridiculous, I'll be staying with OneAz and I don't care that they're not in town. No Professionalism. And if you can't find your own website you shouldn't be working there as a Manager..

Stacie Larocque1Absolutely terrible banking experience. After being a customer for 20 years, they hinder ever ability to conduct business in this town. From not cashing checks, to account openings taking days, I strongly urge management to train employees on customer service. I'm aiming to move my entire relationship to Wells Fargo so I won't have to be disrespected anymore.

Kristin Wantland1I went into the bank to change some things on my checking account. The lady that approached me was very rude saying I needed an appointment for this and she did not have time because an appointment was coming in. I said ok, and the way she spoke to me kept acting like I was stupid for thinking I could go right in and get help with no appointment. There was one other customer in the bank besides me and three tellers just sitting up front. I closed my account via phone when I walked out of the building and went next door to Washington Federal WITH NO APPOINTMENT....they helped me open my new checking and savings accounts. I felt I was treated poorly by that lady at Chase. I did not get her name, her hair was long and covering her name badge.

Jewel Emanon1Wish I caught the name of the woman I just spoke to on the phone. Called with a loan question, hoping she could check my account.. she let out a rude "ugh" noise "do you not have the app?" And thats it. All i got.?! Shocked me to say the least. I call with such a simple question and treated like it was such an inconvience. Isnt thay your job? To answer questions and help the customer. Very sad...

Jon Smith1Horrible manager. ZERO customer service skills. Locked down the whole bank over covid 19 in a town with NO CASES!!! ONE DRIVE THROUGH open short hours. Cars lined up for blocks as people suffered the Arizona heat. Lazy incompetent people who made life during this time far worse than it had to be. Everybody in town was open except the chase bank. If you want to be treated good, go to another bank!

craig urling5I inadvertently left my drivers license and debit card at the Chase Bank in Payson. We traveled to Missouri and Tim had it express mailed to me along with my card. Excellent service and sure helped me out when getting through TSA on the flight home!!

Kim Becker1Waiting for my boyfriend who’s also waiting. It’s been 45 minutes plus, and they just got to him just to reopen an account. Waaaay too slow for what looks like a really slow day and time. Yep...still out here in the parking lot waiting.

Kimberly Thornhill1Your tellers might want to inform customers especially long time customers that their deposits aren't posting thanks for having the worst customer service and putting your customers last
