Softielilie :D1I have been banking with Wells Fargo for more than 10 years. My son got his first job and I wanted to set him up a checking and savings. I called in case I needed an appointment but only appointment available was at the time I am scheduled for work. I was told to come in at 1and someone could help me as a walk in. I was greeted by a gentleman named Corey who said there was no one no to help me. There was no line, at least 4 tellers and no one could help us? It was suggested I go to another Wells Fargo. Maybe we should just go to another bank altogether! When did this become the “norm” for customer service?

Lorrie Krompel1I am a companion to a Elderly gentleman, yesterday I took him to Wells Fargo to make a money withdraw, while he was at the window/cashier he requested me to come over to help him explain why and how he wanted the money, First WHY should he or I have to explain why or what he wanted to do with the money? The lady then called the manager who then said he wanted to speak to him ALONE , He questioned him several minutes as to why he wanted the money , my friend tried to explain but NOTHING he said would satisfy Chris. He continues to drill and interrogate my friend then calls a different location for another banker to call him, who then told him to wait until she could talk to him. My friend was then clearly upset, This office treated me like I was trying to take advantage of my friend, Basically they refused to give him his money, he said to me It’s my money why can’t I do what I want with it? We were treated disrespectfully and they were so unprofessional, the treatment my friend received from this location is unacceptable.

Beatriz Cruz1Wow I never thought I would say this about you Wells Fargo I’ve always had nothing but the best customer service until I visited this location on Buffalo and lake mead caren please stop being a caren worst customer service experience why are you even there leave the spot for some one who wants to work.. my husband and I withdrew the same amount of money but only I’m the one being asked all this extra security questions I do what I want when I want with my money .. and I can withdraw my very penny of it when I want if I want ..Caren stop being such a caren .. omg what a caren. Thanks Wells Fargo After Soooo many years you have let me down ..so disappointed..

Raz Rac1Spoke to a Jeffrey Barneson. He spoke over me continuously. He would not let me communicate what the issue is, he kept telling me to call the 1-800 number. I had already called the 1-800 and they told me it would be taken care of. It wasn't. I have had my federal income direct deposited it to Wells Fargo for years. This month I changed it to another bank due to poor service not to mention all the times in the last few years they have screwed their customers.

Crystal Beltran2I was not happy with their customer service. I went in to relpace a stolen card and i got the run arounds and told to come back. I did and was told to call on the phone to replace my card. So i went to a different well fargo bank and their i was taken care of quickly with no hassle. So sad that some person's don't like to do their job!

Rosalia Salazar2Okay, let me tell you about this branch. I've never had a bad experience except for today.. STAY AWAY FROM CHRISTOPHER HERNANDEZ. He is SO RUDE and DOES NOT LISTEN to the customers at Wells Fargo. He has a major attitude problem that needs to stay at home. Don't bring your problems to work. Smile and keep a positive attitude. It's not that hard.

Microbudget Filmmaker (Microbudgeter)5As with any bank, you will have heavy traffic during peak hours. My advice is to go in between those peak hours. This location is small, so the lines can get pretty stacked. Having said that, the customer service here is excellent! The tellers are very professional; you will get out of the experience what you put into it. Ana, promote Genaro, Izzy, and Corey - exceptional service! Twice now Genaro has been "da bomb" as they said 20 years ago.
