      Constantly given the run around by employees of this particular branch. Given tons of Misinformation as well. This bank should consider re training employees or provide better better initial training

      Everyday gets worse. I waited at the drive thru for 40 minutes today, then waited another 10 minutes to make a deposit-- a deposit- no money back, deposit slip filled 100% and on top of it, it's a business acct where a dep is made every day- every day. There are 5 employees inside, and one drive thru lane open??? No customers inside. I get the covid situation, but no other bank has this bad of customer service, and on top of taking forever, you close at 4pm everyday. I have a checking, savings, investments, mortgages, 401k and pensions. I would NEVER open an acct at this bank based off my experience at this location. I wish my boss would take his business elsewhere.

      The branch feels inviting and the staff is friendly I just wish it was quicker for cash in and cash out transactions. Having clients sit at the teller line for 15-20 minutes is not ideal for clients looking to conduct prompt business. It also does not help that the branch manager is sitting in his office staring at his computer and not once acknowledging the line that is showing frustration, but also the tellers are not acknowledging the line to let them know that they are working diligently to get to us...

      My husband and I have had problems with this bank ever since we opened our acct. Every time we try to use debit cards we get turned down for no reason there's always plenty of money in our acct. It's happen way to many times, and it's so embarrassing when you go to pay and it don't go through. We don't even try to use our cards anywhere anymore. We will be closing this acct. And moving to a better bank. This bank is just to unreliable. Flaky. Sorry but is the truth.

      Lady was sooo rude in there. No customer service skills what so ever! I would of gave no stars if I could. I'm a supervisor for customer service, and I know tons of people that would appreciate their job way more than she would. I just got an account with this bank too. I know forsure i won't be coming back to this branch!

      The lack of efficiency at these banks is getting to be BEYOND ridiculous. I have a business account with US Bank. It's been taking 30 minutes to over an hour each time to make a deposit. US Bank needs to clean that up. I'm getting ready to cancel the account and take it else where. I'm in and out of my personal bank (America First CU) in 10 minutes every time. What's the deal?

      Do not deposit cash into this ATM. I put $120 in this ATM once (6 $20 bills) the ATM rejected my cash and only gave back $100 (5 $20 bills) The ATM said that $0 was deposited. I made a complaint to the manager and they gave me $20 provisional credit. Two weeks later they send me a letter in the mail stating that my claim was denied even though the ATM surveillance camera could clearly see me deposit the cash.

      I go in to open up an account. I waited for an hr and noone helped me. Noone even acknowledged me sitting there. The manager in the first office just sat and looked at me every10 mins and still said nothing. Not even a smile. Very rude. Also while sitting there I noticed they are a very slow branch. You will be waiting minutes just to see a teller. The lines weren't even long smh. Customer service is horrible. I'll bank elsewhere!

      I arrived at US BANK at 9:00am March 9,2018 to open a checking and savings account, I was directed to banker Christian, he asked for my drivers license and I informed him my addresss is different, I just moved. He said in order to move forward I need a paper bill, I informed him I have an electronic bill and two form of identification, he said we require a paper bill to make sure the address is correct, I then stated I have a electronic bill, and I can confirm the address, he repeated him self, I stated can I please see this in writing, he stated we don’t have it in writing it’s up to the bankers discretion, I then asked to speak to the supervisor, after waiting for 15 mins (which was not a problem) the supervisor was shuffled and just clocking in, no eye contact, trying to get his work day started, stating the banker has the discretion to require a paper billing if he’s uncomfortable, and ended with, will this be all, I was really shocked to be treated that way, and at this point speechless, I requested the corporate number from the supervisor (Damien Yadao) And called the 1800 number I informed the customer service rep of what happened and she apologized for my experience and stated I could speak with an sales rep over the phone and start an account, without a paper bill- At this point I feel discriminated-
