  Horrible!! Have a car loan out with them and I do not want to deal with them anymore in person or on the phone! My husband and I Hate this Credit union place I never get anywhere with them. I have my other car loan out with America First Credit Union and they are so much easier to talk to in person and on the phone never have issue.

  Nancy Ramirez was a great help wonderful experience at Lake Mead location every time I go to in touch Credit Union she is the one I go to and helps me with all my needs excellent customer service love coming to this location very recommended she is very communicative and knowledgeable at her job. Nancy Ramirez is a very recommended Banker to go to I give this employee five stars.

  I’ve been a member of In Touch Credit Union for 2+ years. Their customer service is extremely dissatisfactory ever since they transitioned to the interactive tellers. A facility that used to rate 5* dropped to 1* immediately. I am currently switching to a different credit union-one that provides personalized customer service. I am extremely disappointed with In Touch Credit Union. I strongly recommend not banking there.

  As an ITCU employee, also having loans with the Credit Union Zelle has been amazing!!!!! I can transfer funds make my payments in a matter if minutes, absolutely 100% satisfied with my customer experience with ITCU and happy to be part of the ITCU family 😀

  Do not go during lunch time as the staff are very slow and will have you standing in line waiting. They may acknowledge you once, but that's about it. They do take their time with each customer, which I'm not so sure is best practice when you have a queue of noticeably anxious members waiting. It would be better practice to introduce someone to a personal banker when they are asking 20 twenty questions and there is a line of members. Also, as they come back from lunch, and see a line, they take their time signing into the computer and asking to help the next person. Not a great experience! I'm so happy I'm not a direct member and only use them for shared services!

  Michael, thanks for you post. We're sorry to hear that you felt your experience fell short of expectations. We understand your concerns about waiting for an available staff member, and ideally we wish no one would have to wait in line, but that can happen during the lunch hours. Since you're not a member of ITCU, you may not be aware that all of our staff are trained to be personal bankers. This business model prevents the need for members to wait for a specialist to become available and the rest of the team sits idle. However, as you pointed out, even that model does not eliminate waits when the branch traffic is heavier than normal. Sorry again for the wait, we'll continue to work on providing the best service and balance it with wait times. Have a good one!

  My husband & I went in to open a joint checking/savings account and Abigail was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. We are very glad we chose ITCU to bank with.

  Breya was very knowledgeable and had such a positive attitude. Lots of energy to make everything happen to get my new account in order at the end of the day. She was exceptional.

  i see you are putting all your branches either on the west side,, downtown or henderson. what happens to the people on the east side since you moved from charleston blvd. i think you, like alot of business only chase the money.

  You people are beyond stupid for requiring appointments to walk in. You are a complete inconvenience to customers. And only allowing 500$ withdrawal a day is a bigger inconvenience and an even more stupid decision. I will never do business with InTouch ever again.
