  First time at One Nevada. Opened an account with Celia, it was super quick and easy. Got me started right away and helped me set up the app. Great customer service, glad I opened an account here.

  Never contact One Nevada credit union. Avoid it! I felt humiliated by the employees at 7450 W Lake Mead Blvd. I am an Uber driver and pay taxes in the US. I have a very good stable income and very good credit score, but the staff told me that they do not provide refinancing to Uber workers. This is discrimination! Then don't use Uber services ok and tell in your ads - please no Uber/Lyft drivers in our offices. The most unprofessional and rude staff I've ever seen in the bank. Celia Lopez made mistakes in my name 3 times when tried to issue a card! Please send her to computer literacy courses. Manager of this branch was very unprofessional and ignorant. I lost 2 days and drove 30 miles just to feel myself humiliated. Shame on you One Nevada Credit Union. Reputation is very difficult to earn but easy to lose. You are a joke.
