      Poor customer service. Branch manager will shame you tell you that you did things that are totally false. Makes it out that it my fault for never receiving my business debit card. Stay local these big banks don't care about us little people

      Worst experience ever. My mother passed away and I needed to gain access to her account. Made an appointment for 9am arrived 10 minutes early was made to wait outside until 9 am precisely in over 100 degree heat. Proceeded to meet with a banker. I told her the documents I brought which she told me to bring during an earlier phone conversation. Asked me if I brought information from the IRS never did she ask me this during our prior phone conversation. So I had to reschedule during her banker hours. Made another appointment on a off from work as I work full time. Arrived 5 min prior to 9am. Now being told my appointment is 9:30am. Very inconvenient. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 30years and have never been treated so poorly.

      Fortunately i do not do business here. Its about a ten minute wait per car at the drive in. I have to drop off one check a month and im always late on that payment because my lunch break isnt long enough to make the deposit. It takes a couple tries. And you can't drop it in the deposit box because you have to have a key.

      Waited in the drive through for 40+ min watching every other lane go. We were only 3 cars back! We call and the manager he said he wasn’t sure how there running the drive through because he’s in the office. I’m not sure about you but how is that proper management skills. Being a manager mean making sure operations are running smoothly. Plus we had a cranky 1 yr old in the back! Finally made it up to the teller just to have one person take our card and than another person finishing the transaction only to ask us the same questions the first person asked. At least the employees were pleasant.

      The staff are so rude and unprofessional. Specifically the drive-thru tellers. We have a business account and we do our deposits by 5:50pm. There have been several instances where the deposit is made incorrectly, or they give attitude like it’s going to kill them to help one more person when they are trying to close. Sometimes Marcos will say they are already closed and can’t help me and I have to argue with him that it’s before 6pm. If you don’t want to lose business I suggest hiring mature people that don’t give off attitude for having to do their job. Management should look into this 👎🏻

      Very disappointed! Not very helpful to elderly citizens my father prefers face-to-face encounters when he dealing with his money. This bank absolutely refuses to meet his scheduling time frames and hasn't been able to do any banking since March. at the beginning of March I went with him to get a new ATM card set down in the bank and they said they would send it as soon as possible, never received it. It is now July no new ATM card no one willing to set a meeting within his time frames just plain disappointed.

      Amanda Ramirez helped my new hubby and I navigate myriad questions about an existing CD and time account, a Way-to-Save account, and two checking accounts. Not only did she competently answer all our questions, she helped streamline our banking process. I especially appreciate that, give that I live three hours away from the nearest Wells Fargo (mental note: ask Wells Fargo to have a bank in Falmouth MA). In addition, Amanda took the time to enjoy some of our wedding photos. We are still very much in honeymoon phase, so it was a nice welcome pleasant personal touch that Amanda shared in our joy right there in the bank!

      The absolute worst service I have ever received, Debra Nunez and Laura Benivenez do not know what they are doing or can never give a concrete answer to any of my questions. They both were rude and extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone do business with them or with Wells Fargo. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and will be taking my business else where. Also their management is a complete joke and won't even take a call or come out of their office to speak with customers who have concerns or issues. Stay far away from this branch and company! Too bad they really do not live by their companies values and morals.
