  Received a call from Amanda in collections, she was EXTREMELY rude and short on the phone. Unwilling to even listen to my current situation and try to understand. I used to work here and I am appalled at the decline that has occurred since then.

  Extremely rude service by one of the young guys inside . He looks at you like he’s doing you a favor. They need to put people that have good manners, and are polite to customers.

  I’ve been on hold with a “call center” for the past 45 minutes. The recording literally highlights WSFCU as a home town credit union but it sure doesn’t feel like it anymore.

  The slowest bank I’ve ever been a member of. The drive thru is so horribly slow I’m closing a 5 year account. The staff is rude and unwilling to help often times.

  Been with them for four years never made a payment late 860$ a month. Right now struggling because of this covid asked them a guy in there told him my situation if they can refinance the suv to just get my payment lower a month. Told him about my situation he literally laughed at me. Do not recommend them.

  Banked off and on with wsfu. Left my atm card and they have a 24 hour policy to shred after the time period. Nope...not mine! They did it the same day. Very frustrating. Went on a Saturday morning and the lady who sits where you have to sign in had a snotty attitude and she said i had to pay the $5 replacement fee. I did go back and talk to the manager they blamed kt on a transfer trainee. As of now im currently looking to bank with someone else. My opinion the staff needs more training in csr.

  Thanks for your review. Although we would rather receive a positive review, we also feel it is important to know where we didn't do so well. It gives us a unique opportunity to re-evaluate and make corrections. I apologize for the attitude of the front desk employee. I don't know if you were able to get your card reissued at no cost, but if you were not, contact any branch manager and they can help you with this.

  I love my Credit Union. The App Crashes alot more than I like, then I have to go in and reset my password. Or have them unlock it, cause it locks me out! Other than that.. I have no Complaints.

  My family's been with this credit union since the 60s, and after the last fight with staff/mangement, I promised to close every account we had with them. As of yesterday, I only have one of five accounts left to close and that's just a matter of getting some other stuff set up before I close it. I've been lied to by management, had to stand around waiting for service, received BS responses to easy questions, been needlessly put through hoops to get the simplest of tasks done...so my family and I'm done with this credit union. And the latest fees just took the cake!
