  When I decide to do a bill consolidation loan, i was apprehensive about it going through. But the branch manager calmed my fears and explained the entire process and allowed me time to get and forward the necessary paperwork. I was blown away by her promptness and attention to detail. She talked me through a lot of the things that a normal bank or loan institution should do. I will always be grateful for her and her time spent with me.

  Always bad customer service. They do not care to help. I got into this Debt at younger age as I was ignorant to interest, payments and refinancing. I first reached out for help 3 years ago. The manager told me i dunno what you're going to do but you're responsible for this payment anyways. Every few months I reach out hoping for new management and customer service reps. I have yet to contact anyone that is willing to help me out. I have been paying them for a long time now. They only want me to attempt refinancing to restart term.

  If you looking for a loan place that will help you out in any situation then OneMain is the place to go. The helped me get a loan to refinance my car and help me rebuild my credit. Crystal was a great help and answered all my questions quickly and professionally. I recommend this place if you looking for a loan.

  The personnel can be compared to a fine steakhouse that serves hamburgers. Courteous, fastidious, prompt and professional. The service is good....as well it should be for the price. The office personnel at OneMain was very good, but they should be for the exorbitant price one pays for the loan.

  Went to this location to try and consolidate but the only person there was to busy to help me she was putting on her make up then she gets on her cellphone while she has some one on hold VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! For someone that’s also works in a finance place we would of been fired for that

  Waste of time ! Half star at best, u tell my friend that she is approved for a certain dollar amount but when she comes back to sign the paperwork u tell her she needs a co-signer. She wasted a full day with you

  Horrible service rude manager yelled at me on the phone. They don’t care about there customers one bit. I have been making payments for two years and the interest is killing me and I have nothing to show for it.
