He was courteous, professional, respectful, and was knowledgeable in everything we needed. Management quality! We recommend this bank and have become faithful customers!

Joseph Cook130 minutes on hold to find out why my savings has a insufficient funds charge on it while my main account has the funds to cover it. I spoke with Nina, she didn’t seem to interested in trying to help or make it right and refused to help me close my saving account. I understand there is a shortage of workers and you must take what you can get, but as a financial institution, I’d like to think you have standards. I’ll be closing my account come end of week. Chase offers much better customer support and transparency. I’ll be taking my money there.

Caden Norton1This review is about Wells Fargo specifically and not this location. Wells Fargo is the worst bank I have ever banked with. I was a new customer and deposited 4,025 dollars. Then all the sudden my account was closed out and my account balance went to 0. I was very confused and I called the 1800 number. They said that the reason it was closed out was because I did not verify my occupation. WHAT!? Now I have no money until they decide to send me my money in the mail which could take up to 10 business days and it will take even longer for the check to clear...It’s the most ‘secure’ bank you will bank with. So secure that everything you want to do with them is inconvenient. Trust me, save your time and go to chase or something.

Mmb Mmb5I recently visited this bank to deposit a “foreign” check that was issued in euros. The teller , Theresa was kind in explaining hold times and processing of these internationally issued checks. After seeking more clarification because the process took me quite by surprise, I was introduced to assistant bank manager Amanda Commesso. Amanda explained the crucial steps necessary to protect both my account and of course, Wells Fargo should the item I was presenting not become negotiable. I left that day a little confused and worried as my family members had no issues from their personal banks in depositing and being credited for their same “foreign” checks. After speaking with a close friend who is a VP for Chase Bank on the west coast of Florida , she assured me that the wait time quoted to me by Wells Fargo was standard and that her bank wouldn’t let a teller process a “foreign” check either. I returned to the same branch off Palm Bay Road and much to my relief, Amanda was working and she then processed my item and explained every detail, setting a reasonable expectation for funds availability. Sometimes we need to trust the system when we are out of our area of expertise as I clearly was in this case. I trust Amanda Commesso implicitly with my bank account(s) at Wells Fargo and I would highly recommend she train future banking leaders for Wells Fargo on the necessary customer service skills to put a customer at ease. Well done Amanda !

Lovely Lady1Absolute Nightmare! It's shameful how these employees act at this branch. It was more like a prison than a bank. I went into another bank to open an account after being disrespected at wells fargo and the environment was completely different. No issues at all, I was treated with respect, not the hostile environment I dealt with here. I opened an account at Bank of America with only my ID. No problems, unlike at wells fargo. Not just me, but many other people I know have had many issues with this bank and this company in general. A friend opened an account and spent over six months trying to get her debit card. It took that long between the branch and the 800 number. They switch up their "rules" all the time. Telling me I need things that they have never required in the past to open an account an refused me. They were very rude from the very beginning. Just all around disrespectful, a total nightmare to deal with. Always a problem. I will tell anyone to never go to wells fargo. Not to mention the shady and shameful acts the company has done to millions. Give it some research and see.

J Smith1Do you have 30 minutes to waste on a Saturday for simple transactions? Came here on 2 occasions on Saturdays only to find a line of 20 people with 3 tellers. What a joke. I have a great idea for wells Fargo. Maybe have 6 tellers work on Saturdays. I think they can afford it. So glad this is not my local branch.

Reed Leonard1They have cut staffing so badly that they require an appointment to access a safety deposit box, and appointments are not available inside of 4 weeks. When I do get to my box, I will move my banking to a better bank.

Breniliz Beavers1Rushed from work to make sure I made a deposit before it closed. I made it with 10 mins to spare and the Green light still on but there were two cars ahead of me in the drive thru. The light turned red before the car ahead of me drove up to the window but they still helped him. When one drove up, I was turned away being told the bank was closed even when I made it on time. I was furious. Maybe they would've actually gotten to me if they didn't take forever for each client. Each time I go, a simple deposit takes at least ten minutes. That's just ridiculous. Whenever I go to BoA, they take two...tops!

itsyourgirlm *1I originally came here at 1:45pm and saw a huge line to be seen. So I made an appointment to come back for 3:30. I've been sitting here since 3:08 and I had an appointment for 3:30! There was 8 people ahead of me and the 4 just left because they said they had been waiting for an 1 HR and 30 mins. What's the point of an appointment if you aren't even going to be called? Two people without appointments just went ahead of me! This is frustrating to say the least!!! It is now 3:40! Don't bother setting an appointment. What a joke!
