  Inefficient, slow, and devoid of the desire to work a bit harder to accommodate customer needs. Third disappointing experience at this branch. Of those three times, once I waited an hour with an appointment, the other time they messed things up and I had to fix on the phone, and this last time with three bankers available said I had to wait. I had a form to open a new fiduciary checking account completed. I just needed them to process it. It was urgent for the VA and they not only said they could not give me any idea of a time but also had attitude. I left and went to Bank of America…. Wells Fargo just keeps getting worse.

  Victoria the manager in Wells Fargo bank in university ave is absolutely great, she provide me a great customer service with patience I will be their returning customer and I highly recommend this location.

  I'd like to update this review for Lorena, Jordan, Kathy, * and *(two other staff members). Whenever I go into the branch, they serve me excellently! They always have a smiling face and positive energy. I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 2005, and my mom and myself are very happy with our experiences there. They always have a positive attitude amongst the employees and this is very important . Thank you guys!

  Customer service is abysmal - the apathetic and unintelligent Customer Service Manager repeats information as if reading straight out of a manual, it must be too difficult for her to come up with solutions on her own. I had my briefcase stolen two days ago which included my wallet and multiple forms of identification. Luckily I had my state drivers license sitting on my dresser at home. I came to this branch to cash a Wells Fargo issued check, and was told I needed 2 forms of ID. I presented my license, gym membership card that had a photo on it and expiration date, and multiple payroll stubs. Branch manager would not accept these, and said I needed to provide a AAA card (how is this ANY different from a gym card, aside from the fact that a AAA card doesn't even have a photo??)student ID, (already graduated!) or credit cards (again, wallet stolen!). She was completely obtuse and offered no explanation whatsoever as to why she would not accept my forms of ID. She just kept looking at me blankly and blinking. I thought she might have be suffering a stroke or brain damage because of her complete lack of mental activity.... I understand that bank's have policies or whatever, but branch manager (or whatever she was) had the ability to cash my watermarked check that had my THUMBPRINT on it but she chose not to. Even after I mentioned that I am 8 weeks pregnant and was on my way to a doctors appointment! Thank you, merciless woman! I'm sure if it was my 85 year old grandmother cashing a check, you wouldn't be harassing her for a $&@!ing student ID.

  Walking into this Branch not only the banker, bank manager repeatedly denied access to my account violating Bank policies and procedures as Wells Fargo Bank says no to me. being a 13-year dedicated customer this Bank violates laws and banking practices.

  As a non-customer I went in with a $70 Wells Fargo check made payable to my business with two forms of ID and a business card that shows the business is in my name. They refused to cash it. Two weeks ago another Wells Fargo cashed a similar check under the same exact circumstances for $3,000 without question.

  The Bank closes temporarily it says but doesn't say for how long.

  They were being rude with someone because they didn’t know how to speak Spanish and they called him she every time and I felt that that was very disrespectful.
