  Had a terrible experience here. A banker at this branch did not care about clients at all. All the banker cared about was to brag and sell products or services unrelated to your needs. What a waste of time! I would suggest the Chase bank on Telegraph Ave., which offers much better experience.

  Literally just tried to book an appointment with their notary who was rude and highly unprofessional. Supremely disappointing as Chase has been one of my favorite banking institutions for years and I’ve never had an issue with any of their staff. For my banking needs now, I just go to their location on Telegraph by Cal. They are a million times better

  The banker here really gives you wrong information. I was trying to close a compromised account due to fraud, and the banker told me it will close automatically after 60 days. Then after 60 days it is still open and I was charged for the maintenance fee. Then I went there again and asked them to close the account, they processed and told me you are all set it's closed. Then the account is not closed at all and the chase hotline told me I will still be charged for fees. I am not sure why banker here is very unprofessional and know nothing about the procedures/ their products.

  The staff who gave me the checking account had a very good service attitude and worked very seriously. Although my English is not very good, the service attitude of this staff is very good and very good.

  I didn't like them at all. They just don't know what to talk and how to talk to a customer
