  Sad to see a once vibrant and customer oriented bank get this bad. The bankers where too busy chatting among themselves and made me wait for a while for getting help with wire transfer. I decided to leave and try another bank. Don’t waste your time with this branch.

  They ask to Schedule a time to be helped and we waited more than 45 min even having a time Schedule. Just ridiculous. Not recommended at all

  Made me wait an hour and took multiple clients before me for no apparent reason. Then were extremely rude the whole time and refused to notarize my papers. Great job WF! Great job rebranding after your huge scandal a few years ago.

  Would give 0 stars if I can. Martha is soooo unprofessional my entire life and I’ve banked with so many never have I encountered a person who works at a bank have so much attitude when all I asked was if they could change our coins. Sad because we have a business account with them, I told my boss we should find a different bank and she agrees. Worst than our other bank.

  Remember to ask for free checkbook when you open your account. Triple check what they have done to your accounts before you leave. Do not trust bankers!

  Very friendly inside of the branch however every time I've visited. Calling at 12:45 PM on a Tuesday as well, no answer after 3 call attempts.
