  If I could give 0 stars I would! Me and my partner went here to cash his paycheck, a Bank of America check. After waiting almost 40 minutes to have them "verify" the check they told him they could not cash "for confidential reasons". I 100% believe this was due to judgement of his appearance (we work in a stable so our clothes are quite dirty) and she believed he was check kiting. We work very hard for our money and I have never been so offended in all my years of banking and have never been treated so rudely!

  Always long lines. 1 cashier was available. When i ask is there more people coming to assist us, they told me they all busy. Even though i don't see anyone. We were 9 people in line with 1 cashier. Took me more than 30 min to get to the window

  If you think you have time to run to the bank DO NOT go to this branch. I went on my lunch and wasn't seen until 45 minutes after I got there! I only worked 8 minutes away and was still late back. They were veryyy short staffed which doesn't make sense since its lunch time really the only time ppl can make it there. Yes the people were nice but the structure is bad. Basically don't waste your time here

  Bank of America seriously sucks! You can now not deposit cash into another person's account, you have to get a money order which is completely the opposite point of a bank. Also they charge you $8 to cash a check if you don't have an account there which is seriously ridiculous and are just overall poor with customer service. The biggest scammers of all banks, being fined billions of dollars for their fraudulent lending practices. Avoid at all costs!

  WORST BANK EVER!!!! Been here a few times because it is really close to my job. Each time the line was ridiculously long. The tellers move way too slow considering the line is damn near to the door. I'll just drive to another location, I'll probably save time.

  One window open (7 closed) on the first of EVERY month. Every time they try and get me to open an account, I laugh at them - why would I want to bank with people that puts ZERO value on my time. Hint - try Mech. bank a few blocks away - ALL their windows are open on the first of the month.

  worst branch ever. slow tellers and incopetent employees. i had to jump from the teller line to the atm line and back 3 times. even though the line got huge - they still had only one teller

  Slowest bank ever. 10 people in line with1teller. $8 to cash check written from their bank. And no I do not want to open account at this horrible institution. Thumbs down...

  So many works in this branch ,no help .everybody is turning around a while at list 10 clients in line waiting to get help .only one widow open for help .

  they leave a huge line while theres 5 employees chatting behind the window.....move to a credit union yall!!!
