      Lori, who is the branch manager, and all her employees at this bank are the most helpful and kindest team. I came in with an issue that was demanding on my part and they took care of me. I couldn't have asked for a more efficient and understanding person as Lori is. I am so grateful and appreciative for how they took care of me. Thank you so much.

      We had called before going... upon arriving they stated we needed we needed an apt. Which no1 mentioned when we called. Or we would have made 1. Took us 30 minutes to get there. 1 lady, said if we could wait 45 minutes she would see what she could do... not my account, so i said ok. (I'm just driver.) She called person back in 45 minutes, gave them info needed. She was kind enough to do on HER lunch hour. Really meant a lot to them, and to me... means I don't have to drive back.

      This is why Wells Fargo doesn't get anymore of my Business banking. Walk in and make a deposit and needed a notary. Said the had appointments that were coming in and were late gave me reasons why he couldn't. With all the time he waisted it could have been done. Quit using covid to be lazy and providing poor customer service.

      Typically speaking when I go to Wells Fargo branches I leave very satisfied with the type of service I get, however, this time I can honestly say I was left wanting a lot more. When I reached the teller window, Mimi the teller, did not greet me in any kind of professional way. She wasn't listening to me. I told her what I needed when I reach her window, and she ended up asking me what I needed an additional two times: Where I ended up telling her exactly the same thing I had already told her before. I'll return to Wells Fargo branches absolutely, just not this branch and no thanks to the service I received this particular time.

      As usual Wells Fargo is all about the fee! Cancelled my account in2002 for an over draft fee that I was charged but my account never was bellow minim. Went in and argued with then but would not admit fault so closed my account. Today on 04/15/2019 went To Wells Fargo to cash their check and lo and behold they need $10 of the check to give me cash. It’s their check drawn on them and they still wish money from me . The person who uses them pays a fee to use a checking account so why do they need money from me to cash? Because they are all about the fee. It’s why I use a credit union.

      I can not believe how wonderful the staff was. I had never stepped foot in this branch my entire time banking with wells fargo. I was in a rough spot financially. Due to payroll direct deposit issues. They made everything right regardless of my financial responsibility. I was in tears i was so happy. This staffing team really views its people as just that......people not numbers. I can not put into words how much it meant to me. Thank you guys, you are all so wonderful!

      The ATMs are always out of order, you'll stand in line for 15 minutes because rather than grabbing a till and helping customers the bank manager wants to stand there and greet you as you walk in, like he cares about your money... But clearly not your time. Aside from all the fees Wlles Fargo wants to charge the long and loyal customers ($10 for a cashiers check), don't you dare question the fees and say that is effing ridiculous, they will jump out of their seats to tell you that you're no longer welcome at their branch for your language, are these clowns that bored? Taking all six of my accounts to Chase.

      Andrew Wynn-Keller was awesome to work with. After going to 2 other branches that didn’t want to help me without an appointment Crystal fit us in an Andrew got it done. Job well done and glad they actually care about new businesses
