  The process of opening an account was super easy and effortless. I really enjoyed the experience of getting my new accounts and the staff was helpful throughout every step. Eunice opened my accounts and she followed up with me to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend this bank!

  I was referred to open an account by my dad. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the front desk and welcomed. I immediately felt like I mattered. The manager Eunice came and introduced herself to me and checked how my experience was. Mauricio opened my account and he was so personal. Thank you for a great banking experience. Highly recommended.

  I was recommended by a friend to try PNC. I said why not? I’ve had so many issues with Wells Fargo. I am so thankful I listened to my friend. As soon as I entered I was greeted by the staff. I had the pleasure of working with Hector. He took the time to go over all of the benefits and perks of being a PNC customer. I also had the pleasure of speaking with the manager who popped in and welcomed me to PNC while Hector was finishing up. Very professional… Courteous. Will tell all my friends and family to make the switch. Thank you Eunice And Hector for making this experience a positive one!!!!

  It is absolutely not ok the lack of care with helping customers find solutions to issues they're going through. I have been trying to log into online banking for over a month and they can't figure it out. I've waited on hold for hrs and hrs and when I get ahold of them they have no solution. The people at all the branches say call the 800 number. I have received temporary passwords in the mail that don't work. I spoke with their IT guy and he says somebody higher will reach out in 3 more biz days. Then that guy calls and says somebody else will reach out. It has gotten absolutely ridiculous. I just feel like they have no care to help their customers in need. I would absolutely 100% not recommend this bank.
