  My husband and I were facing an unexpected relocation due to a job transfer. We were referred to Jimmy Arteca at Fairway Mortgage co for financing our new home. We did reach out to the company we used last time and another so we could compare. The professionalism, communication and attention to detail are only a few of the reasons we chose Jimmy. He and his team have been the absolute best! Jimmy communicated and explained in detail everything we needed to know throughout the entire process. I truly feel that Jimmy went above and beyond and I am grateful. We never felt like just another loan; we were made to feel that we mattered. That is something that a lot of places do not do anymore. If you need to refinance or get a new loan, I absolutely recommend Jimmy and his team.

  Jimmy was awesome, you could not ask for a better person to work with. He kept me informed on what was going on with each step of my loan from start to finish. Any time I had questions or didn't understand something I could call or message him and he would answer all my questions. No matter if it is after business hours, on the weekends he is there to help you.

  From the first call to Jimmy Arteca for help getting pre-approved to buy a home in Florida, he was always there for all our calls. We closed our loan in about 45 days.   Jimmy is the way to go!!! He was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. He helped me for 3 years until I was finally able to get approved and was very patient with me. This was my first time and he was able to walk me through it and answer all my questions with ease. I am very grateful for him and he will be referred by me and used again by myself if and when I choose to buy again. Thank you Jimmy!!!
