      Excellent experience from start to finish, in stark contrast to most reviews on here. From the friendly greeting by Peggy the teller, to efficient service from Sal for transactions that had to be done in person, this was a surprising pleasure. Kudos to the manager and the entire team. Certainly a model for other branches. Note: highly recommend booking an online appointment through the website in advance. They were able to accommodate me early!

      Horrible! I am a working mother I rarely have time to do anything. I need to deposit cash and go out of my wait time drive 20 minutes to go to Wells Fargo because all the others were closed and it said this place was open 24 hours. I come and it’s closed by 5:20pm? I mean at least say that????

      Due to the branch closed down. I called up the Palatine location multiple times to make an appointment to see the banker. The next day, my husband get to talk to them they said they cannot make appointment for me. I have to walk-in hopefully I could talk to the banker that day. I drove about 40 minutes to get here and waiting for 2 hours and still waiting. I saw the banker so relax taking their time to each customer and didn't think of other customer who are waiting and how long they have wait went through before seeing them. If Well fargo decide to close down the location, shouldn't they need more bankers?

      I was at this branch to drop off a credit card payment for my mother. Because I’m not on the account, the teller (who shall remain nameless) treated me like I was trying to commit fraud. This has not been the first time I’ve had difficulties with Wells Fargo. And this is also why I bank elsewhere. The reviews speak for themselves as do the scandalous national news segments.

      I've been banking here for nearly 20 years. I have had business loans, commercial real estate loans, business checking, personal checking and credit lines with them. I have always been treated with respect and fairly. They have always removed fees when questioned and respond quickly to my questions. I don't get put on hold when calling like many other banks. They had a couple hiccups and some bad press but this is a solid bank that's competitive with excellent customer support.

      My father passed away a few weeks ago and did all of his banking with Wells Fargo. I went in on a Saturday to provide documentation and have everything switched over. I sat with Ania and she worked with me for an hour and a half getting everything figured out. She was so kind and compassionate about the situation. It was a long process, but Ania got everything done.

      Awful, Awful service. I called in to ask a simple question about stopping a check, and a young lady put me on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back, and someone else answered. I could hear the first girl giggling in the background, and it was clear the two were talking while I was on hold. The new lady transferred me to a calling card center, that was in no way affiliated with Wells Fargo. Management needs to train their employees better, and not have them screwing around while paying customers are on the phone waiting. luckily this is temporary business I have with them. this branch is extremely unprofessional, and I would never regularly do business here. If I could give it half a star, I would.

      I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for years and I have to say that the team at this branch as been among the friendliest I've ever had the pleasure to work with. When I had a small issue the service manager Barb went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and I felt very valued as a customer.

      This is a terrible place to bank. I opened a business account here 6 months ago for a new organization that was just beginning. After 3 weeks, they closed the account and returned the check addressed to the business. The Business had some hiccups and did not take off. So I figured they could just give me back the money, after all, I gave them cash and was the co-signor. Naah! I spent 6 hours being tossed around from customer care, back to the bank, back to their stupid questions (asking me why I waited 6 months to go ask for the money as if it was mandatory to show up immediately). I am a signatory on that check, and have all the documents to prove. I do not want to open a business account anymore. When I ask to talk to the manager, they lie to me that she is on vacation until next week. What about the regional manager, they give me a number to one of the tellers in there? This is the same Wells Fargo that has been illegally opening accounts in people's names or stealing their information.
