  Don’t even bother calling them some ladie i talked to said she was going to transfer me to somewhere else i forgot but she’s like give me a sec and ended the call multiple times! Unprofessional!!

  Do not do any business with bmo harris bank, They have a trick to charge people for insufficient fund, when there's enough money on the account, The free checking account it is just to attract people so they can fall into banks fee's,

  Had issues with business account. bank manager said she would call me back the next day. After a few weeks, and unreturned voicemails, I went back in. She didn't know what's going on promised to call me back the next day, still waiting 2 weeks later. Also getting multiple answers about purchasing foreign currency.

  phone connected me to operated only to ring busy like it is disconnected, i owe these people money for the car.. UPDATE I called again, and a lady told me what I still owe, and she said something about 975 dollars, but she could not explain to me what it was, and I asked her to break itdown, they hang up again, and I recommend you go to chase, this is another TCF bank all day, at least this ghetto location

  Just went in to open a checking account with direct deposit. And was told there was no one available (4 people working there) because someone had a closing at 4 ( it was 3:30) and said sorry you’ll have to go to another location. So much for customer service... so I went across the street to CHASE...sorry not sorry bmo

  20$ burnt 280 took out & got all these 20’s burnt and tried to deposit it back to get new 20’a & the machine only read 160$ horrible never again will I come back to this bank
