  I would like to say thanks again to Richard for performing such an excellent job on getting me and my husband into our first home. Richard is very patient, thorough, trustworthy and very compassionate about his job. He loves what he does and it shows in his devotion to his client during the entire home buying process. Richard makes sure his clients understand each step of the process. I am very grateful for his positive attitude while working with us to achieve our home purchasing goal. This was a great and wonderful home buying experience. If they had more than 5 stars to give, I would definitely give them all to Richard. Thanks again for helping me and the hubby to become official homeowners this past weekend.

  Rich, is a great loan officer. He just helped me close on a 4plex with an FHA 203k loan. FHA loans can be difficult but Rich helped me get through the process and made sure I had everything that I would need to close. This is my 3rd Loan with Rich. The amount of experience he has is incredible. He always gets back to me in a timely manner. With this RE market it’s great having a lender that can close quick and easy. I would def recommend Rich!
