Her actions as well as Martin has caused my financial transactions to he delayed by 3 months before I can receive my finances and we are in a Pandemic. Davis3So far, I don't really get a good impression of this branch. I visited the branch for the first time more than a year ago. My experience was walking in, waiting 5 minutes, and walking out because no one acknowledged me. Today, I walked in, and there was a huge commotion. A customer who wasn't particularly well-dressed was shouting at one of the tellers who apparently had made a mistake. I just patiently waited in line for my turn. A lady who was ahead of me decided to leave as she didn't want to become a part of the scene. The customer who was shouting was bit excessive with his language. In any case, not a good impression of this location, thus far.

Raymond Flores1Staff is improperly trained and manager is deceiving and egregious w/ customer service. Manager’s name is Mary... talk about condescending!! Dolce... also extremely rude. They will never return your calls, so I opted to go in for a face to face to discuss my issue. After being verbally badgered by Dolce then kicked to the manager, Mary, I had realized the experience was an epic fail. I waited patiently for Mary as she tended to another customer, no big deal. Then I watched her in her office fixing her hair and texting on her phone for 10+ min or so w/ no respect towards helping me. So I walked out realizing this was not going to get any resolve. I am beyond furious at the customer service displayed at this branch and plan to escalate to coprporate so that they are aware of how this particular branch is being run. I have multiple accounts at various banks and credit unions and this 5/3 branch in particular takes the award for worst customer service ever. So much for backing up their new marketing campaign. Who would want to trust their hard earned money w/ such unknowledgeable and disrespectful management and employees. As soon as my check clears, I’m closing this account. Corporate needs to re-evaluate their employees at this branch please.

Max Vavrish1Terrible customer service. Stopped by 2 times for opening an account for my business. Went to them because over the phone they said they don't have any monthly fees. First time I was waiting 15 minutes because as they said they have just 1 person who can open an account and he was busy with client. BTW there was just 2 clients inside... I could not wait longer and left. Second time I stopped by in 2 weeks. There are was only 1 client who was talking to 1 of 2 tellers.Another teller told me she is not able to open accounts and I will have to wait for teller who is busy or wait for a manager who as she said had to be there but he was not because of some accident down the street and traffic because of this accident. But she said he just called and he is almost arrived. I was sited to wait again... During next 20 minutes nobody arrived and another teller (Indian) who can open account was talking to client (Indian too) all this time about religions in India and different Indian families... After 20 minutes of waiting and listening to them doing nothing I just left and nobody even paid attention to me second time leaving their bank. WILL NEVER STOP BY AGAIN!!!

Insung Cho1I just opened up a checking account & a week later I went to the teller ( Filipino or Vietnamese lady) to deposit a check. It got declined because she told me sometimes the computer doesn't recognize the check & sometimes it does, weird. What kind of bank declines a check ? Isn't part of having an account at a bank is to deposit checks or at least cash them? The annoying part was she had to keep repeating it over & over even after I acknowledged I understood her & she didn't need to keep saying it her excuse was she's just following procedures. Is this women brain dead or what? No customer service skills what so ever!!!!
