      Had to take time to call out and warn others on using services of this bank. They are not transparent in terms of new offers to bait you in as customer then getting you with the fine print when it comes to giving offer rewards especially when they were the ones setting you up as new customer and should have done it right per the offer terms. Never trust such people specially for things as important as banking needs

      I wish i could give less than 1 star. I came here to open a Checking account. I was told i need an appointment and next day i come here with an appointment and still i have to wait to 20 minutes to get any service.

      Terrible one. Asked for the manager, never get her. Manager there from 9 to 4 and basically you need to have day off in order to see her and suddenly she is not available! US Bank put hold to all my accounts so I cannot even pay my cc online! And only manager can release the hold but some unprofessional lady said that I have to contact branch where I opened that account but I don’t even know if it’s still open! I would put negative 10 stars for particularly this branch and US Bank in common! Don’t do business with them EVER!

      I spent one hour here telling Mr. Carlos here that the hold was released from my personal checking account of US Bank. We are more than an hour at this location for Fraud Liaison to tell him the same thing I told him of the hold being released if I were to come in person and show my Federally issued identification. Any who how, it was a long wait and many issues but funds were finally withdrawn and now I can feed my children brunch instead of breakfast. Life is not easy for a disabled veteran of the US Army with children and cats that he raises by himself because his ex spouses wanted to leave him stranded after taking his money through divorces and fraud. And, this location needs a lot of work. Hire someone to clean, sanitize, and remove all of the space dust. We do not allow this to happen at all in the US Army. Hooah!!!

      Horrible place and branch. I was work with us bank over 3 years never had any problem with deposits. But last to deposits was on hold for 8 days, and they made deposit without letting me know that it would be hold. Second deposit I asked for any hold that could be they told me -hold on ill print you out. She made deposit and showed me hold for 8 days I told her that I'll not make that deposit but she told me it's too late. That's nonsense!!! Unprofessional people! And now my account is negative -16000, cause I put 18000 deposit that bring me 4000 next day and 14000 after 8 days. But that idiot took 18000 back, so she took my $2000 and now I owe 16000 to bank! Bullshit !!!

      TERRIBLE MANNERS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give negative stars I would. Changed their “account fee policies” and claim they sent a letter, never received a letter and let our account rack up fees with zero remorse. Easiest decision ever to close accounts.

      I love this bank. The people that work there are always very nice as well as personable They are helpful. The manager is especially great!! Excellent bank to do business with as they really take the time out to explain and help .

      The hours listed online for this branch are incorrect. We drove 30 minutes because this was listed as the only US Bank in the area that would be open until 4:00 on a Saturday, only to arrive and find the branch had closed at 1:00. Very disappointing and a huge waste of time.
