Flor Fabro1Went to this branch as I normally had done over the past years accompanying a banker who is medically handicapped. We would normally visit this bank late mornings but today was a bit late in the afternoon coming from a doctor’s appt. We did not have any greeter at the door but noticed the line was busy but the handicap window was open. I asked my friend to stand behind the line but a lady employee came out telling him to sit down and wait for his turn. So much unprofessionalism that I started questioning her protocol. If it’s handicap, why not entertain the client with physical problems regardless whether able people have been waiting in line to be served? We were told in the past that we could use this handicap access anytime to better serve the public with physical problems but the bank employee was not hearing any of it. We ended up going to the main line and waited for our turn. Why put handicap placards if not honored or used accordingly? I’ve never been so disgusted with such management and no wonder I don’t bank with Wells Fargo! To let this Wells Fargo know, my friend had so much pain in his leg standing up because of this wait. Thanks for nothing!

Eyestandout Photography5I had a phenomenal experience with Kalon yesterday. I was passing by the bank (not being a Wells Fargo member) just to inquire about an Auto loan. Kalon not only helped me open a Basic checking account....(I used to be a First Union bank....back in the 90s...with the Green logo .🤗) but she was super friendly and professional. I look forward to growing financially with a bank that caters to my needs ☺️.

debora shuger1Utter disaster. Having been given wrong information from bank staff that left me 8000 miles from home and unable to access funds without exorbitant fees, neither bank manager nor my supposed personal banker has deigned to answer an email; the bank's international numbers are not toll-free, and the wait time is endless. I spent $30 in phone calls and am none the wiser. Have used this bank for over 20 years, but when return, it will be first priority to remove money elsewhere.

Andrew Graham1Aside from the dismal news lately surrounding this bank, they have, on two occasions, completely ignored my follow ups on getting a mortgage started with them. I can't understand this for the life of me. I've paid off a mortgage with them already. I'm buying a 3rd house. I don't understand their logic

BEFORE I FORGET! saxon5Very nice service manager Karen!! Very fast and professional. Plenty of parking and everyone is sooo nice especially Texas girl Kalon and Emma Ngombi from Sierra Leon.

Tovarizer2The tellers here very nice however the parking is not it's always a big deal here it cost a lot of time in the lays there is no easy in easy out even if you were just going to use the ATM here.
