  Navid was the person that helped us out. He worked with when no one else would and he told us what we needed to do so we would qualify. When things wouldn’t go as planned he would always have a backup plan so we would not have to worry. Navid stayed with us no matter how long it would take. I would recommend him and his company to who would ever ask me.

  Tried for yours to refinance. Having a business sometimes it's hard to do. Everyone there was more than helpful to the point that hell it was scary that we're so helpful.   I've known Harvey Kamens for over 20 years, he has done a dozen or more loans for me over the years. He joined the Equitable team a couple years ago. They give him and me the best support in processing and closing a loan of any lender I've ever worked with. I had been in contact for a couple of years with another lender that specializes in reverse mortgages and was told by him it was too soon for me to get a reverse. I discussed it with Harvey and Sam Khanian. I was pleasantly surprised when they said they could get it done. The process went smoothly and as efficiently as one could hop and my loan closed in a timely manner. I recommend them highly for any kind of real estate loan you may need.

  I want o write this review for Sam. He has helped me for the past 6 years to get my loans and refinance my properties. When big banks can not get you the loan you need, Sam will find a way to get you the loan you need with the beat rate from private investors. He also works with many banks to get the loan you need. He is professional and he follows with you to get the job done. He always has gotten me the best rates in the market and I have only work with him for my residential and commercial loans and refinance. He is honest, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. His team also are very caring and punctual to deliver the best quality of service for all of your real estate needs.
