  I was assaulted and attacked at this Bank of America location at the ATM machine. I have tried contacting this Bank of America location to report it but they never answer their phones and can never get any help Or service. This would of never happened at a chase bank. Very disappointed, upset, and disturbed.

  Service is incredibly slow - only one teller available on a Tuesday at 2pm while ten people are waiting in line. Their business hours are also ridiculous, they close at 4pm. Good luck trying to get anything done if you work a 9-5 job. Update: Here again 4 months later on a Tuesday at noon, about 14 people in line, and still only ONE teller open. Expect a 20-30 min wait.

  Truly worthless place. Unprofessional, unethical bankers. Not even 1 *. BofA going down. RUN and as you can save your money, your friends’ money.

  This location is very incompitant they would not let me indo to hours of closing time but I watched people walk in thru the back door and the guys who would not let me let them walk thru and get in line. I went to the front door to confront them and they denided this action that I waitness. The service is very distespectful. I'm not suprised to see thos low rate here in google reviews

  As I write this review I've been sitting in this location for 30 minutes and no one approached me. There is no employee on the floor that I've seen. Few in cubicles and seems to not care. There are 6 people sitting and waiting and in this time no one approached us. If some reading this comment I'm the guy in green shirt probobly still waiting.

  Tellers were not helpful in helping me to a simple cashiers check under my name, being part of a joint account with my husband. The tellers and supervisor were unhelpful and rude in explaining the process. Further, they claimed they couldn’t provide me the cashiers check because my “profile” wasn’t set up, and when I logged into my BOA phone app, it was all SET UP.

  I hope someday Bank of America brings in Customer Service and managers that understand Customer Service. To get a rating below one or two stars on Google, Yelp, foursquare, etc. should send out alarms that they are not sending the best most qualified people to this branch. I avoid this branch. Bank of America is a good bank, use the branch on Sepulveda in Culver City. They understand customer service.

  I have never had a problem in this BOA. The wait time is always different during these unique days and we should all remember to post higher ratings for all business and customer service.

  Eva Cortez - Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Instead of providing a solution, she wanted to be cryptic about the answer. Argumentative. Waste of time. Im shocked people still bank with this bank. Slow service, poor management.

  Horrid Little Bank! Find another BofA if possible. Parking is a joke for this place and lines are usually slow and long. Walked in one day there was one teller working and about 15 - 20 people in line....immediately turned around and left! Went to another location that was inconvenient location wise, but much faster. They always seem to have a huge abundance of bankers here but no tellers.
