A E5This review is specifically for the service advisor who worked with me today: Travis. After reading the Google reviews, I came in pretty wary of being pressured into unnecessary services - I did not have that experience at all. I came in preemptively to get my car checked after buying it new over a year ago - Travis inspected my car, looked through the records on the vehicle, and reassured me that I could wait a bit longer to get it serviced. Super appreciate that he saved me time and $ today!

Adriana B1Here we go again! Mark your tires people!! Here’s another example of a shop that will take your money for a tire rotation and oil change and they do not rotate the tires. They will make you wait and wait and wait, presumably they are working on your car but they aren’t. The service manager didn’t even apologize, they just acted annoyed that my partner found out. I would think the least they could do is be courteous and apologize for the inconvenience. Dishonesty seems to be the industry standard. This is now the second big name brand shop that this has happened to us.

Victor Garcia1Worst experience ever, I’m a mechanic Myself but I was having some engine codes that I was not able to fixed and decided to take the car to Honda. They charged me $180 just to tell me the codes my car has which I already knew and mentioned it to them. All they Did was plug the computer, drive my car around and erased the codes hoping those codes won’t comeback, like I didn’t do that myself. THEY RIP ME OFF even Autozone will let you plug their computer for FREE. Their excuse that my car was an a big accident, well I’m paying to get it fix not to tell me what my car has gone through. They’re a total rip off, imagine the customer that has no experience at all in cars. Won’t comeback again and I’ll fight the charges with my credit card. Their solutions was go fix the car and come back. Lol

Michelle Thomas11st visit with appointment long wait. They failed to put the hub cap back on my car, had to call & call repeatedly to get someone’s attention. Then they had to check their cameras, only to be told good news you didn’t loose we didn’t put it back on. Oh wow! No surprise there, I came in it with & left without. 2nd visit with an appointment 3 & 1/2 hour wait for only an oil change. Not good customer service, cannot uphold times. Be aware of getting things done covered under warranty time frame. They claim lack of service techs then your warranty expires.

Alex T1terrible service, damaged my car, and had to wait days until they fix it. refused to check the OBD II system if it's ready for smog check, asked 360$ to set it but I used only their service and they probably disconnected it in the first place.

Martha Almada1Way too expensive. $170 an hour to fix a ignition cylinder for 8 hours. Crazy. It's repaired @only 300 from an locksmith. With everyone trying to get back to normal during this pandemic. I know I don't have money to throw away like that.

Jean Grey1After making an appointment ahead of time I still had a 3 hour wait plus there wasn't any Uber or Lyft complimentary service like other Honda service departments I have gone to. Staff wasn't very informative either. Maybe this dealer is good in other areas, i dont know but even after I was informed that my car was ready I had to wait another 20 min at the pick up area. And currently still waiting -_-

Robert M5I came in mid-morning with a warranty issue. The intake by Ron was prompt and courteous. They promised the car by 1:30. Nice facility, and just a short walk from Culver City.
