  Working with Jenelle was an absolute pleasure, not only did I purchase a home that I love but I also made a life-long friend! For as long as I live in Florida, I will not use any other Agent – Janelle is now my Agent for all and any real state purchase that I make in the future. I highly recommend Jenelle. At first I was extremely hesitant, I worked with other Agents in the past and I dreaded the idea of dealing with a pushy salesperson who was going to try to close a sale for the sake of making money. Jenelle was totally different, I felt that I could trust Janelle 100%, I felt like her main concern was helping me find the house of my dreams at the most favorable terms –most important of all, she was transparent, honest, patient with me, willing to help me find all possible answers so that I can make an informed decision! I work in Finance/Business Development, I am a very trepidatious person by nature and question everything and these are just a few examples of what I loved about Jenelle: • She is a wonderful negotiator, she made sure to secure the most favorable terms and best price point. I got a great deal! • I loved that our very first conversation wasn’t a sales pitch in any way; Jenelle just called me to say hello, introduce herself and chat about what the process was going to be like – I didn’t feel like I was speaking with an Agent but rather with a friend. • During each conversation that we had Jenelle took the time to talk with me to find out what I was looking for, my personal taste, my needs, my budget, my concerns and “need to have vs. would be nice to have”. • She sent me listings to look at and let me decide which ones I wanted to see; she followed up with a phone call, however I didn’t feel like she was pressuring me to see any of the listings, she would say “don’t feel pressure to view any of these if you don’t see anything that you don’t like”. • I have a hectic work schedule with limited time and Jenelle worked with my schedule; she tried her best to accommodate my schedule, and when she couldn’t she offered up options. • Each time I saw a new house Jenelle offered to show me my runner up as many times as I needed so that I could compare, and decide which one I’d liked best. • Due to the nature of my work I always look at purchases in terms of risk, liability and ROI and Jenelle was always happy to answer all my questions. She also sent me periodic research results on specific things that I brought up, and gave me leads on reputable sites where I could do my own research. • When I wanted second opinions from service providers such as an electrician, she even helped me find one! Jenelle was simply wonderful, I loved doing business with her. It is super rare to find an Agent with all the qualities she has, reason why I will certainly do business with her again and recommend her to everyone!

  We loved our relator Hilda Hernandez, When we started our process, we lived in Washington State and both my husband and I had regular weekday jobs so talking on the phone during the week was pretty difficult. Hilda made it very easy for us, she was both responsive and thorough in all of our email communications. This was a big selling point to me. She also took the time to learn more about our family and she suggested several areas of town that I would have never known about without her help. When we flew in for a short trip to look at houses she spent the entire day with us showing us different parts around Orlando and countless homes. When it was time to make an offer, she helped guide us through the process and increase our chances of success. In addition, her recommendations for home insurance, mortgage etc. were all equally reliable and professional. In the end we enjoyed a very simple home buying process and we were able to buy a beautiful home in a great neighborhood with great schools near our work places.   I really want to thank Jenelle at Waypointe Realty for helping us find our first newlywed home. It was a little stressful for me cause I had to be in Tallahassee for 3 months due to my legislative work and on top of that planning my wedding while being many miles away from it all. So needless to say, my time was very limited. Her communications skills are bar none. We found the home we loved and there were multiple offers on it. She told us to trust her and she formulated an offer and we got the house! We were so impressed by her negotiation skills. She worked with us throughout the whole process so I didn't have to stress. I was able to come for the closing, finish my work in Tallahassee, get married and move in all simultaneously without a hitch within that 3 month period. Now that's impressive! Our home is truly a blessing and we absolutely love it here! Thank you so much for your diligence and care. You made a stressful time stress free and buying our 1st home easy. Thanks again!

  I worked with Jenelle Ferrer to purchase an investment home in Oveido, and I will definitely contact her again when I'm ready to buy my forever home in a few years. Buying a home in Florida while living in California was not an easy task. Jenelle understood my needs and handled everything for me from beginning to end. With her knowledge of the Orlando/Oveido area, she found me the perfect investment home. She worked diligently with the lender, the home inspector, the appraiser, the insurance company and then the title company on my behalf. She was quick to return my calls, answered all my questions, and stayed in contact through the entire transaction. She went over and beyond what most agents would do. Even after the close of the home, she continued assisting me by providing me with all the contact information for the necessary utilities.
