  We moved here from out of state and had no idea how things were done here for purchasing a home. We were very blessed to have been referred to Rayce and his staff for this process. They were very friendly and professional. Explained every step of the process to us along the way and worked very quickly to get us to closing day!   I recently purchased my first home and in the beginning, I saw the whole process as daunting. I was referred to Rayce by my realtor to get pre-approved for a loan. From the moment I spoke with Rayce, he spent the time answering all of my questions as well as go through the estimated closing cost breakdown as well as viable interest rates given my personal situation and the current market. Rayce and his team were excellent in communicating effectively every step of the way. I've even left messages for Rayce well after work hours and he went above and beyond by promptly answering every question/concern I had. Big shout out to Jean as well! She, as Rayce liked to put it, was the quarterback when it came time to gathering appropriate documentation to finalize the loan and get it approved for closing. She walked me through the underwriting process as well as the do's and don'ts. I would absolutely recommend Rayce Robinson and his team to anyone shopping for a mortgage. The service was excellent, the rates were competitive, and I will definitely reach out to them in future endeavors.

  Rayce and the Mid Florida Mortgage Team are outstanding. Sherry, and Jean were on top of everything. Rayce explained everything so that I understood the loan process....my interest rate, payments, etc. As a first time home buyer i had no idea what i was in for. Start to finish, it was a piece of cake. We could not be happier with this team. I would/will use them again. You are in the best hands possible.

  Rayce Robinson is one of most knowledgeable and organized people that I've had the chance to work with.   Coming from another state and getting into buying a house was super easy only because Rayce and his team. We went into the process right before COVID-19 lockdowns and let me tell you they pushed and pushed to get things done and was always in communication with us! This was our first home and I was scared because I didn’t really know what I was getting into but they reassured me in all areas and educated me on what to expect and how to reduce costs. I’m so thankful for the team and I definitely will be using them again when we are ready!

  Rayce Robinson is awesome! He came to my brokerage and provided a training free of charge to all of our agents. He gave us tips and tricks on marketing and reaching out to our databases. He also gave us a rundown on the available mortgage loans and assistance programs. He provided resources and printouts in a custom folder and really provided our office with value. In fact, he was so great, a number of our agents used his company to get their clients pre-approved and eventually closed. His communication is great and his team is excellent at following up. Great, GREAT mortgage company. No complaints!
