  I have worked with Giles two times now for my initial mortgage and now for my refinance. I can't express enough what a STUD Giles is. I work with 100's of vendors and reps and NOBODY in my 10 years of practice has been as responsive, on top of it and thorough than Giles. He will walk you through every step and make everything clear and concise. There is nobody else to use.

  Giles helped my husband and I purchase our first home. He was easily accessible throughout the whole process and helped us every step of the way. He even recommended a phenomenal realtor, Shannon Musgrave, who also was a huge blessing. My husband and I are in our early 20’s and had a hard time finding a company who took us serious in our endeavor to buy a home. Giles made it possible for us to avoid renting and start investing. He’s kind, easy to talk to and very patient.

  What I appreciated most about Giles was his responsiveness in communication and his creativity coupled with his knowledge of the mortgage industry. There were one or two times I wasn't sure things would work out the way I had hoped, but he was able to brainstorm with me and we got the solution we were after.   My husband and I purchased our home in February in New Smyrna Beach. Giles made the mortgage process feel simple for us and we were both extremely impressed by his knowledge. He got us a great rate and I feel like he was always on top of things. No long waits. No headaches. He always answered our calls.   Giles was extremely helpful and knowledgeable at getting my mortgage refinanced for us. We tried several other mortgage brokers and none of them were able to get the job done. We had a complicated situation trying to qualify for the refinance of our mortgage. Giles was able to find a way to work thru all of the problems and get us an awesome low rate mortgage with a cash out from our equity. I would recommend his services to everyone. He is a very caring and knowledgeable and knows how to get the job done.

  Over 3 years ago I found Giles on google and had kept in touch with him for the purchase of my new home this last December 2017. I’m a first time home buyer and Giles helped me so much during the whole process and explaining to me about terminologies all new to me. Giles have never once put me in the backseat due to my indecisiveness, lack of savings, etc during the purchase of my home with my husband. In fact he also acted as a financial advisor and helped me figure out how to better save and reach my goals to own a home! I enjoyed working with him and I recommend him to ANYONE who is new to buying homes!!! He is the go to guy!
