  Had a great experience with Fidelity and extremely thankful for Brenda's help with our closing. Despite an issue coming up due to our mortgage company, which could've delayed or even started our closing process all over, she made sure we were helped by the end of the day. Her advice was very welcoming and helpful as this was my first home buying experience.

  I can literally not say enough about this company and their team! Lexi and Brenda are the absolute best and they will not stop until the work is done. My recent deal with them was extremely challenging and they worked night and day to get everything done that was needed to get us to the closing table and keep all parties happy. The communication was stellar and they did it all with such kindness and professionalism. If you are looking for a Title company no matter your needs Fidelity National is it! Thank you soo much guys!!!

  I have had to call the company twice for two different payment disbursements. Both times either sent to wrong address or payment was lost in the mail. Really! If the checks are written from their account and hadn't cleared, how could they balance their books. I personally would not recommend this company to anyone. But your money is drawing interest sitting in their account.

  I absolutely love closing with this amazing team of ladies! They are very professional, knowledgeable and comfortable so you feel right at home. If you're looking for a great title company in Oviedo, I highly recommend Fidelity National Title.

  Beware. This title company does not help with correcting property tax discrepancies after you get next year's bill. They have you sign the tax reprorations form but do nothing to honor it. A good closer will help you with this.
