  In the past few years wayne shoemaker state farm has helped me get car insurance, home insurance, and now thanks to Patricia Marple I have life insurance. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. For someone who didn't know much about insurance they have always explained everything very well and have made the process of getting insurance very easy. Patricia and the rest of the team have always been very nice and very helpful. Highly recommended

  I've had State Farm with Wayne for a long time and they have always been helpful. Years ago I had some wind damage that was quickly repaired. Recently I worked with Andrea Meisenheimer, who is super nice and super friendly. She got my car insurance changed around and did some other quotes. Great company.

  I switched to State Farm recently for my insurance needs. In particular dealing with Patricia Marple who was knowledgeable, was quick to return an email or a phone call when i had a question, which spoke volumes in customer service. I was very pleased the way my transition was handled.

  I worked with Ali McIntosh on my car and renter's insurance. She was great! She was very helpful and explained everything in laments terms so I knew exactly what I was getting, haha. Anytime I had a question after setting up the policy she was very friendly and answered my questions quickly. I highly recommend!

  Very professional. I have been with them for over 10 years. Everyone I have spoken to in this office have always been very polite and professional. The customer service is top notch. Ask for Julie she is amazing. The rates for insurance is very reasonable. I highly recommend!

  I reached out to Julie to get a copy of our insurance cards via email so that we could get tags for a vehicle. Julie said she send them right away. I thought, I'll wait 10 minutes or so then look at my email. But before I could hang up the phone good, the email had popped up on my phone and the cards were delivered!!! You talk about outstanding customer service - you can certainly get it there!!! Thank you all at Wayne Shoemaker's office!!!
