  Service has gone downhill. Last year employee was helpful in helping fill out form for student loan for my daughter. Today we got told to do it ourselves on line. We were given a phone number. Employee was more interested in Being done with us. So much for customer service. Can’t wait for the monopoly that will be Suntrust and BB&T.

  Fast paced, especially with all tellers open and all around great atmosphere when I go in there... Always smiling and laughing with the customers. I couldn't ask for any more than what I already see from them!!!!.... Thank you SunTrust Prince Frederick!!❤❤❤

  I have found this branch most helpful in setting up new accounts, transferring funds, etc. Other reviews are too negative in my view.

  They did not help me to get my card working I am going to a different bank better than SunTrust don't go there
