  Who can honestly say that banking is fun? I can but only after I have become a customer doing nearly all of my banking and financial needs with this branch. Everyone that walks in is greeted with a friendly smile and for the most part hear their name spoken ahead of “welcome back”.

  The branch team members are ALWAYS very helpful and customer service is pristine. During the COVID shut down this branch always stood above other banks that I am affiliated with. I always feel valued at this branch and they always go out of their way to assist you 100%. So rare these days to see employees so dedicated to their work scope.

  Cynthia, Janell, Tricia and all the Staff members at this branch are the most amazing I have encountered anywhere. They greet everyone with a smile and call them by name. They know their customers and always treat every one with genuine kindness, respect, and professionalism. They go above and beyond to make sure each and every one leaves with a smile on their face and a spring in their step.

  I want to say that the ladies working in the Prince Frederick, Md location are always polite, positive and very professional! They have always gone above and beyond to service the customer in all of their requests. I only wish we could see more of them as the COVID-19 has limited our availability. Way to go on a stellar business profile!

  I have been with this bank for 27 years. The staff use to be amazing! I loved the people, they were so friendly, helpful and kind. The customer service is horrible now and the tellers attitudes are despicable! I have already complained once with no change. I cringe knowing I have to walk in to do banking with them. Changing banks this week! Can't Wait!

  The employees at the Prince Frederick Branch are very professional. I appreciate the fact that the employees take extra precaution and safety protocols to not only protect the customers but themselves. COVID is a very contagious and deadly virus. Any Business that do not follow COVID safety guidelines are not only putting the customers at risk but THE EMPLOYEES AND THEIR FAMILIES. For any customer that has a problem with tbe employees wearing mask...... They are welcome to use the ATM or open an account with another bank THAT HAS A DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW
