William Nutter1The offer little or no personal service other than window counter when you go buy in person. If you call in for appointment you must go through the telephone maze to hear all personnel are busy. Don’t assume you can wait for someone to respond or that you can hit O for the operator. Either way cuts you off on send you back to the maze. Extremely poor situation for a full service bank

CameraStudios5501I went to their atm the farthest one from the building and inserted my card and money in, the first few times the atm did not accept my cash. The final time I inserted my dollar bills, the atm became stuck on the processing screen. I was forced to go inside and talk with the employees and asked them if they could retrieve my card for me. To my major disappointment, they informed me that the atm I had used is from an entirely separate company from Bank of America, and they could not do a thing about it even if the atm is on their property. They told me I had to order a new card which would take several business days to be delivered, and unfortunately I could not afford waiting several days because of my travel plans! I am again disappointed about the way they handled this matter and feel as though the customer service relationship has dwindled tremendously. I am not happy with this bank.

Rr Buck1This branch of BOA has been closed numerous times since early Spring. Has employees at this branch in Prince Frederick Maryland been vaccinated for Covid-19 if ones working in this branch have not they are not wearing face mask as they should this is the third time they have closed since spring. I am not going back into this bank they need to have their employees get the vaccine. If this is not going to happen I think I will have to start looking for a bank that is going to do it.

I must say I was apprehensive at first with reading all the google reviews, but the customer service received exceeded my expectations. We were helped my Erin who was very warm and inviting from the very start. We even opened up a new account there that same day. Thanks you Erin for the wonderful job!!

cheryl hiller2Not enough tellers! Customer service is awful. This is a bank that we pay to have it open for the public and the lines are long, you can’t make an appointment on the same day, and the tellers don’t know a lot of the answers. BOA it’s not a good bank choice and this is not a good location for customer service at Hall.

Jordan P5Had a wonderful experience here today! BoA has been my bank since opening up a checking account as a teen. I had complex issues with an auto loan and Erin the Relationship Manager helped me out tremendously and helped fix the situation despite its complexity. Her and the bank manager ensured I had everything I needed taken care of! Wonderful service and people who care about the individual first and foremost.

Valerie Dishman1The bank manager is very rude and condescending. I don’t think it matters how much or how little money you have in BofA, she doesn’t care. She is working in a totally customer related field but she is NOT a people person. She doesn’t want to be bothered to listen to you and/or your concerns. I totally got the brush-off from her. The BofA “higher-ups” need to seriously address her (lack of) professionalism and the sooner the better! There are many other banks that we could be patronizing.

She is down right ignorant and will speak to you like you are completely stupid. She is one of the rudest bank employees i have ever met. Ive seen her do it to other customers but normally im depositing in my buisness accounts.. yes. ACCOUNTS. I will be moving my accounts in the morning. All 7 of them. Im completely appauled. The older woman was prertt condescending as well but not strait ignorant like the redhead. She should be fired.

Nicholas Harrell4Staff here seem friendly enough and the counter clerks keep things moving along. Everyone knows what they're doing. When I sat down with a bank rep with some questions they were attentive and helped me to understand what I needed to know without making me feel judged.
