  When we where looking to buy some equipment to grow our business my bank " B of A " could not do it. I came in to see Enga at Washington Trust we received help that we needed. Now I"m customer of WTB and I'm happy. Thanks WTB.

  If they don't want to help you then don't have the doors unlocked. I get that everyone just wants to go home but if someone walks in even a minute before closing and a teller is still open but turns the customer away that's just bad business. You've lost a customer or 6.

  Love this bank and branch. I had an issue with my electric bill being charged twice and their financing team jumped on it and fixed the issue for me promptly the next day!
