  Well there financing is easy but they very high monthly payments and yes they have warranties but when you car is in the shop all the time kind of defeats the purpose of having a vehicle. I got van from carhop maybe a little over 3 months ago and let’s just say it’s been in the shop at least 6 times and I had to replace both Cv joints and get a new transmission and rear breaks and replace all the outer lights. I will never go back to carhop or recommend them to anyone and I always tell people not to go to carhop because all they will get is broken down cars which turn into money pits.

  Great people. They had the exact vehicle I wanted. I had a small issue in the beginning but Joe and Lucas showed amazing people skills when they swiftly solved the problem. The entire process was surprisingly simply and fast.

  We went in on a Saturday not feeling very confident in getting into a newer rig. Due in large part that I had been recently rejected at a different car lot for a rig that I really had my heart set on because my credit had a few red flags affecting it. Upon going through the initial application processes, we learned and understood how Car-hop works and we started to quickly gain our confidence back in thinking that we may be able to drive away with a new rig that very day. Then it really came down to whether we could find a rig that we would be happy with, we were thinking of an SUV, and as it turned out they had a few that we liked and we chose one and all the financial numbers worked out to where we wanted them to be and in two hours we were driving off the lot, awesome! It really made our day.

  went in on a Saturday after dealing with my old car which was on its last legs. Suzanne was so nice and walked me through the process ( i had done research before going in so i had some expectations) nice and easy got a newer car for me and its been wonderful. payments come right out of my account every two weeks and ive never had a problem with the UAC or the car other then normal wear and tear. great for people who have less then fair credit and are kind of in a bind. looking at upgrading car again and ill be going back to carhop first.

  Joseph lytle was very helpful and made sure i understood the agreements and payments he stayed late so i was able to come in after work and finish up with paperwork!! Truly a great experience ! They work with you and really help you get what you want
