  I have never known a pawn shop to be so people friendly, I was in a fix as I am in between construction jobs and things are stretched thin financially, they treated me right and was exstremely fair in the funds they gave me, honest, upfront and professional in every way, all the other pawn brokers could take lessons on how not to take advantage of clientele in there time of need, I've also purchased from them in the past and was very pleased with the products, I strongly recommend them and wish them all the success.

  Took a white gold ring to them after my divorce. It’s stamped .825 which I understand looks alot like .925 which would be silver.. The man yelled at me for trying to scam him and said he had been in this business for 20 some years and never heard of .825. Told me to leave and never come back. Guess what. I haven’t been back. You guys lost that sale. Treat me like garbage and a liar. Not cool. Not good service. I don’t recommend this location or the francis location. They are almost worst over there... Take the drive to Deerpark if you want to do any double eagle business. Thats where the owner works. They actually have good service up there. Never going down to Sprague location ever again. & I WAS a regular customer. You should retrain your guys mayne hire some open minded younger individuals. ZERO STARS if I could.

  Very courteous, especially Bill and Ken (Mngr Had issue with weed eater I purchased but they had Mechanic work on and got working great Thank you

  They are always so helpful. Wasn't able to pay my loan at a certain time, and they totally worked with me so I didn't lose my stuff. Thank you Double Eagle Pawnshop.

  They have always been kind and curteous without being condescending. I enjoy browsing the firearms and have purchased/traded several. A special thanks go to Nick and Ken who always make the process of purchasing firearms easy.

  I love the new remodel it looks amazing in there they are fair on their loans compared to pawn one as well as prices for merchandise for sale. I was helped by a lady named Dana today and she couldn’t be more helpful I will definitely be coming back to Double Eagle Pawn 🦅 I’m done with pawn one.

  Definitely not the cleanest of pawn shops I've visited. But definitely the largest inventory. And 7 times out of 10 if I can't get a decent cash return for my stuff elsewhere, these guys will offer to pay closer to what I'm looking to get.
