  Tired of dealing with that big bank atmosphere you are in now? The Washington Federal Payson branch is BY FAR the best bank in town. Fees are the lowest, but the most important thing are the people that work there. You will notice the atmosphere as soon as you go in there. Not your typical bank feel. Very personable. It's really a great place to bank and great people to deal with as well. They even serve cookies Mondays and Fridays. What are you waiting for? A no brainier!

  Just when it seems you have to lower your expectations for quality service with humane interactions, people like Joanna Plues will restore your faith. So much more than a personal banker. I found her accommodating, efficient and quite pleasant. She was leaving for vacation and did not let that distract her from helping me open a new account. So pleased with my transaction at this branch on Friday 7/26/19. Thank you.

  Everyone is super friendly. Highly recommend this bank. Also cookies Monday and Friday who can’t say no to cookies!
