  Wasn’t sure what to get. I met Taylor “Shep” Shepherd. After asking me about my wants/needs and about my day-to-day driving routine, he quickly narrowed it down to two choices that were perfect. I was actually leaning towards the more expensive one, but Shep suggested the less expensive car because of reasons that I had overlooked. He was honest and had my best interests in mind the entire time. Will definitely buy from him & this dealership from now on and definitely recommend!

  Great experience buying from Dakota. He was very helpful. What I appreciated most is that he wasn’t the stereotypical pushy car salesman and didn’t act like a now-it-all. He let us tell him what we wanted and tried his best to make it happen.

  Typical sales person - made a lot of promises and commitments that were not kept. Finally decided on the vehicle we wanted and the options, wasn't in stock but found one nearby. Had it shipped and we took it home, that was fine, but then they were so late on getting all the right paperwork filed that I had to pay a fine when getting my tags as it had been over a month before they could get me the title. When I asked them just before the month ended, they told me not to worry, as it was based from the timestamp on the envelope, not the sale date. NOT TRUE. And at a dealership, they KNOW it. Buying a new car should be a fun and exciting time. I really didn't enjoy the whole experience. LOVE the vehicle. Wish there was another Ford dealership closer that I could utilize instead.

  I came up to see what vehicle would work for my lifestyle. They worked very hard trying to find the perfect vehicle for me. My sales associate was Cody Anderson, and was able to answer any questions I had and was very pleasant to work with. Very professional! I have recommended a few people to work with Cody at Mclarty Daniel.

  Very positive experience began at the front door. The people at McLarty Daniel were friendly and easy going. Mr Walker the salesman who helped me was helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant and patient with me. I only spent a couple of hours at the dealership and finished up with the financial department and was happily on my way in my new Ford Fiesta. I encourage my friends and family who are looking for a new car to visit MD in Bentonville. They will treat you like family.

  Have had bad buying experiences in the past with other dealerships.. Mclarty Daniel Ford has a great staff! Everyone I know looking to purchase a new or pre owned vehicle will be sent their way.
