Allison Williford5I have had excellent experiences at this branch. I would like to specifically name an employee. Sydney Williams gets and “A +” for professionalism, knowledge and customer service. This young lady knows her job very well. She communicated information to me clearly and concisely. Also, she was patient and kind. I really appreciate this wonderful help. I recommend this branch and specifically Sydney Williams.

Chad Appling5I have banked with VyStar for years. I’ve not had many problems but recently lost access to everything online and in the mobile app. It was a very complex problem but they worked over the weekend to fix what happened. They called and text me with updates. Even the teller I told about the problem was committed to fixing it. She took it as a personal mission. They have always taken care of anything I needed. For me, VyStar is who I trust with my personal and business needs.

Richard Griffis1My 86 year old mother handed Vystar $40,000.00 in 2005 for a life insurance policy at $95.00 a month that would earn interest monthly and also pay the life insurance premium monthly from the cash value it earns. she wanted to leave something for her kids when she passes on. The market crashed in 2008 and the cash value was reduced tremendously. Because of her age the premiums kept going up year after year and as of now she would be paying $1,000.00 a month for her life insurance. So all of her $40,000 plus the cash value has disappeared and now she can’t afford to,pay $1,000.00 a month. You would think her representative, Rick Gregson would have been in touch to let her know what would happen eventually. It is so disturbing to me that there was no warning. She did receive a monthly statement, but she did not understand and usually just threw it away. I never knew it was this kind of policy until now. she just kept saying she had a policy with Vystar. The written policy said there would be no future payments, so she thought she was fine. Please do not fall for this scam.

Rafael1Almost 2 months after the May 2022 BS update, one can not transfer money from one members account to anothers members accout without calling the Clowns. They do have time to send us email trying to push Investment services. Their time would be better spent fixing the system to work as advertised, if they can't get their website working right, what make anyone think their Investment services are any good either. They are no longer a trusted Credit Union, more like a 3 Ring Circus, one never knows what going to happen next.
