  Excellent!!!!! This is our third time using Votta Realty (which says a lot). Deb and Kim feel more like family. I always felt like they put our best interest first and had our back. This is an important characteristic to have from an agent when your selling/buying properties. I refuse to use anyone else but Votta Realty.

  We used Votta Realty to buy our first home in NC in April 2020 and are so happy we used Deb. She answered all of our questions, showed us only homes in the price range we wanted to see and could afford and made the buying process easy and effortless. Deb is an amazing real estate professional and will seek her advice again when it’s time to sell and travel the world.

  Absolutely amazing experience with Votta Realty. We flew into town from the west coast to house hunt as we were in desperate need to secure a home here within 5 days. Deb took us everywhere! She handled everything for us. We were so stressed from other events happening in our life while we were trying to move across country and Debbie stepped in and helped us. She will ABSOLUTELY look out for your best interest as her client. You will be amazed at the type of care and concern she has for her clients. We love to to death Deb! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!!!
