  Vivian helped us sell our home that we had owned for 8 years. She did a masterful job staging the place and bringing in an enormous amount of traffic to our showings. She is a skilled negotiator and was able to get a great price for us. She also helped us purchase our next home and her negotiation skills paid off immensely for us. The thing you will get with Vivian is service and passion. She makes sure that every client feels like they are her only client. She is always working and I couldn't recommend her more!

  We were first time home buyers and Vivian was so helpful in guiding us through this process!  She was on top of getting us appointments to view houses and was excellent at establishing relationships with the listing agents.  Through her negotiation and interpersonal skills, Vivian helped us get our dream house that had 6 other offers on it!  Vivian was also very patient and dedicated.  She walked us through the whole home buying process, even while she was in another state on vacation!  I would highly recommend Vivian to anyone looking for an agent that will work incredibly hard to negotiate and advocate for you!

  Vivian helped me buy and sell two homes. She really understood the market and how to negotiate the best price and terms. We were in a hot market and she made it happen. I have instant equity in my home. She is born to be an agent, very professional and skilled. Most agents will throw you under the bus the first chance they get. Vivian is always working in your best interest. She has steered me away from deals she would have gotten a commission on but did'nt think it was right for me.

  Vivian Yoon and her team did an exceptional job in helping purchase and sell several properties for me.   Vivian Yoon and her team helped me purchase and sell several properties over the last few years. Most notable was my primary home about a month ago.   Vivian was amazing! My wife and I were first time buyers and, let me tell you, Vivian and her team made it super easy. She was so responsive to all of our newbie questions, which was really comforting. Vivian is extremely knowledgeable about home repairs, which helped us figure out the total cost for older properties (she also has a keen eye for design; she helped us design our baby room!). And most of all, we felt that we could trust her. Even after the close, she’s still texting us to see how everything is going or if we need any help with anything. Truly a white glove experience. We love our new home, we couldn’t be happier, and only have Vivian and her team to thank for all of this!
