  When you enter Santa Monica Jewelry & Loan, you'll see display cases on the left and a wide spectrum of guitars to the right, on the wall. The atmosphere is calm and professional. Shawn, a tall, attractive gent with great person-on-person dialogue, evaluated my pieces, discussed what he'd learned about them and made me an offer, which I accepted. The customer service was bright, friendly and considerate, too. Even when the manager told me that one piece was not for them, she did it with precise details and with manners, too. I recommend S. M.Jewelry & Loan as a very good experience and I appreciate the engaging personal service.

  Santa Monica Pawn has Great Finds and they always are professional n courteous. Debbie is a wonderful person and will always do the best she can to Help a person in anyway. Best advice I can give is if you need Cash right away or if your looking to make a purchase Santa Monica is the place to go.

  Many things I really like about this place which include: 1. Great customer service 2. Great customer service 3. Great customer service I’m a goof but the above is really, to me, the thing that make a place extra special which this place is. I don’t do much in the way of pawning but theses people make it a not so terrible thing to do. I highly rate them.

Iit has the best customer service and there always willing to help you,. There personal service with your items that you pawn has always been top dollar in customer satisfaction.   SM Jewlery & Loan has been working with me for several years now, and they are very accommodating and helpful. Debbie, in particular, has gone above and beyond for me on several occasions & like her recent warm text stated, ‘we are like family now’. They extended a loan to me (in lieu of holding my valuables) at a time when I was undergoing a re-finance & could show nothing of that sort on record. I quickly & happily learned that they don’t report those transactions to any credit bureaus. So I highly recommend them to anyone, but, certainly, anyone who is in that particular situation - Santa MonicaJewelry & Loan is your answer to your problem‼️😊

  My fingerprints were the only problem I had, and we fixed it. That’s what comes with the “skateboard “ life. Other than my fingertips being marred from the grip on my skateboard, in my 3 visits, the staff and security at Santa Monica Jewelry and Loan, have been nothing but Courteous, and more than helpful. It’s true. Thank you for helping me to pay my bills. 🥰👌👍🏿
