  This branch can get crowded during the early part of the day, but the line moves quickly. If you have to get documents for any kind of agency or special reason, the staff do their best to accommodate your needs. There are ATM machines that are accessible to their customers in the lobby, even when the bank is closed.

  Common knowledge that this is a terrible Bank, but these people were closed for the first of the year, which is normal, but they were supposed to be open on the 2nd. Their website said they would be open normal hours on the 2nd, and there was no posting outside the bank saying they would be closed on 2nd. So I go when they are supposed to be open, and there is nobody there except for customers waiting to get in! They are closed for some reason with no word to the public. Very professional.

  2019 Parking this bank require $ 20 after 10 minutes in this bank!!! Next time, let Summers do business in your bank for 2 minutes, in which there are constantly long lines. crazy!!! 2021 After 2 years, I was forced to write a negative review again, the queues are always just huge, the working hours are much shorter than in other banks, it's time to close this branch, don't you think !?

  The covid -19 safety are dangerously inadequate. Do not enter this property. Instead of lining the people outside only, and limiting the number of customers inside, they allow 15 customers inside at a time. STUPID. Also the security guard continually breached the 6 foot distance by approaching customers. NO ONE is there to enforce that masks are worn over nose and mouth. Bank of America should be sued for reckless endangerment.

  Mannn this location of bank of America is really bad 3 people behind the window and No one come help me. One person on the desk and 3 customer waiting including me. One hour for just one question. This is really a joke.

  I bank with several banks, but the absolute worst service is definitely Bank of America. If your just starting out or don't care about service you'll be good with Bank of America. However if your some one who seeks professional service don't use Bank of America. Went to branch located at 4th and Arizona in Santa Monica massaged by Erica Franco and wasted almost 2hrs just to add a person on my account. When I asked why they were taking other people ahead of me her answer was, "I don't know who there taking ahead and why, and as massager I should. Sorry. " This happens as 2 other people walk in and are assisted before me. Worst service ever.

  Back when I used to be a BofA customer, this location was always a reliable stop for quick service. The staff here is super friendly too. Don't be discouraged if there's a long line because it will usually move pretty fast.

  this branch almost always has long lines; in general i do not like to "bank" at BoA because it has: shortest hours, longest lines, they INSIST you fill-out the deposit slip (hate to do it, ALL other banks do it for me without inconveniencing me with this) to the point when they are RUDE, have the worst customer service and the highest fees; this bank is the last bank i wish to do any business with and for BoA it is the rule; i would give them ZERO stars and FIVE craps

  This bank is ridicules. I dont know how people can bank here. There is always lines. Sevice they are smucks here, they treat you like you are a fly in there world. Will never bank with bank of America again.
