  I was in the process of refinancing my mortgage. It was told by the lender that you can shop around for the title service company. Raja at Vital Abstract was amazing. He told me a list of questions to ask the lender so he can provide an estimate. He was responsive and quick in getting back to me. I didn't have a straight forward answer to one of his questions. He took upon himself to contact the loan officer to take the stress off of me and get all the answers he needed. Once the loan was approved, he was on top of it and started the process on his end. His price was reasonable. I highly recommend him. He's easy to talk to, thorough and gets the job done quickly.

  I have used Raja on multiple occasions over many years as I have purchased and subsequently refinanced my main residence. He has been extremely professional, super responsive and very accommodative. He allows me to close at my house on my schedule, which typically means he needs to meet me sometime after 7pm to close.   Raja was fantastic in getting everything accomplished on my closing. It was not a simple transaction as my wife was unable to sign the documents but he went above and beyond to get all the paperwork out in time, so we could close as scheduled. Great work!
