  I had an excellent experiences with Providence Abstract LLC, I really appreciate their commitment to transparency, competition, and great service in the title industry. They encourage home buyers to compare title service, I think because they are confident they offer the best service and price. And that was certainly my experience! As a Realtor I try to offer my clients the best recommendation. Many people don't compare prices for title insurance and can spend hundreds of thousands of dollars more because of it. Their staff was responsive to all my questions in the weeks leading up to closing. Our closing attorney and them work very well together, all went terrific . They are very helpful, friendly, and great at walking my clients through the paperwork and answering any questions we had. They had our paperwork scanned and sent to us very promptly. Had multiple closing with their office. They offer lots of great advice and information on different aspects of real estate closings and title insurance - a great resource to check out. I would highly recommend going with Providence Abstract !

  This is a great title company. They are very professional and know their stuff. Alternative can handle your closing from beginning to end. I closed on my house with no issues. The people who work there are friendly and knowledgeable. If you need a title company, this is the place to go. Even a few years later after I closed I called looking for a copy of my survey that I misplaced and got it from them right away. I highly recommend them.

  We purchased a home this July. I have heard horrendous stories from my friends about how difficult and crazy the closing process is. The story is always about how the title company made a total mess of what was quite simple. To say the least we were nervous. To add, at the time of closing we also had a personal situation wherein my spouse who was a cosigner had to travel overseas. A friend of mine recommended Providence Abstract and Mr. Dev Singh. In stark and pleasant contrast, Providence ABSTRACT was so professional and extremely helpful that i didn't had to do anything. Literally, NOTHING. There are people who do their job, then there are people who go beyond that to be helpful. I have no qualms stating that Professional Abstract and especially Mr. Singh made my home closing painless and a pleasant experience. These guys are very knowledgeable, patient and is incredibly responsive. When it comes to Providence Abstract, outstanding service is an understatement. When you are looking for a title company to facilitate your close, you might as well go with someone who is courteous, competent, and appears to actually want your business.
