TD Bank Reviews

kaan özkundakçı4There has been many times i’ve waited in the line more than 15-20 minutes just to deposit some money. Clearly this branch needs to take some actions from what i’ve seen and experienced personally and also what other people say. Management and the manager needs to take action on retraining all the employees and starting from theirselves. Most of the people working there is very kind and polite but banking isn’t just about being polite. We as customers have to get our business done conveniently & fast. In this branch you would see long lines, unprofessional mistakes, some managers or employees may seem not to care about any problem going on and that is very inconvenient. I respect all the employees but management just gotta do better or they’ll just keep getting complainings all the time. Still no one seems to be doing anything about it but i hope one day they will. Edit : Seems like management has changed and there is no more long lines and everyone leaves the branch with a smile on their faces. It’s really good to see these changes and improvements. It seems like everyone is glad that old manager is no longer here ;)

Manny Blaze1I had a problem that I needed to change my phone number, I call the 1-800 customer service number. They informed me to go to my nearest bank and drive up to the teller and they will help me. When I had arrived to the bank, I let her I know to change my phone number she was very unprofessional telling me that I need to make an appointment when it only take 3 minutes to fix. I took my business else where thanks the TD bank In Metuchen nj they are very professional and willing to help!! 5 stars to them.. who ever the woman was that helped me out needs to be trained all over again on how to take care of a customer cause that’s her job or needs to be fired I will be letting corporate know about this bank in Somerset worst bank ever!!!

Kishan Patel145 min line for ATM/Drive through. Every other bank is open for walk-in service. They’re really taking advantage of COVID to not have to do work. Wonder what’s going to happen once things are back to normal and their employees have to work again.

Nitin Shah11One star because there is no option for zero star. Worst place and customer service. Long lines. Only one teller and one customer service employee. I had to wait like 1 hr just to get someone to help me. The manager and the assistant manager don't care about long lines. They sit in their cabins and waste time rather than helping customers

David Greenberg3This is probably one of the worst banks around. The employees sort of care but not really. This bank establishment is weird with deposits and withdrawals. They don't count in front of you. They drop your money in a machine box and hope that what we it tells them is accurate. I guess it's good they are open 7 days a week but I would choose a credit union or another big bank locally because of customer service. Just my opinion. Still have three stars because they aren't terrible just not my preferred bank.

Alex Roman1The ATM’s are always down, the drive through and the one inside. Terrible customer service at the counters and super super long wait to talk with someone. DO NOT GO TO THIS TD BANK

Melanie Rodriguez1That 1 star rating is really a 1/2 of star. This rating is for the Franklin / Kendall Park bank. I just called there and spoke to a person who is useless and cold. I literally had to pull teeth to get some kind of service. All I needed was to put a block on a business who seems to auto draft my account for monthly gym fees. So I called the bank direct that way I can do this and my account not be OD 35- fee every time.. The person I spoke to was not only resistant to what I needed she didn't even welcome anything I needed, I guess she just picks up the phone and that's it... This person proceeds t tell me I have to come into the bank branch and wait my turn to have this done... or I should call the 800# for them to do it. She said that everyone is busy right now and they can't help me. The line goes flat and silence takes over....(so I guess that was adamantly clear), WRONG! Not with this Gal here... IDK how it goes in their household, or customs. however here we do not treat each other as if it is a burden or a pecking order. I been with this bank through its changes from Summit bank to Fleet to TD, its not the TD Bank it self its the employees in this branch that need to be either re trained on customer service and how to speak with the public effectively, strategically, and most of all educated. These folks here talk to you 1/2 assed as if you understand what there unspoken thoughts are. SMH, just shameful, distasteful and super unprofessional. After 13+ years I am moving my accounts to a different bank, I just cannot deal with rude unprofessional somebodies... GET IT TOGETHER or YOU SHOULD BE FIRED!

Ismail Bhad5Actually we just opened an account here and the service we got was very good. Staff seem respectful and curtious always meet and greet and not pushy about selling the other products. My experience with some of the bigger banks has been less satisfactory on customer service levels espacially when they put a person on a front desk who can neither express themselves nor have the knowledge and experience to address customer account issues

Ghada Hassan1Imagine they didn’t deserve one star, every one here in this bank has his own rules!! every employee here decide what he want and when To finish the work!!? really they are not professional and no logic at all. Very bad experience.

sai dharma1I think there's something less than a star. I would have given that. Worst service. In Fact i closed my accounts long time before..But afyter looking at there new AD that they will open the doors if you are a little late. I thought give them a chance and opened. I day i went ther at 7.03 PM ,when the bank closes at 7.00 PM., the person was so rude and they were laughing behind the door. not even bothered coming to the door and talk. Next day i closed all my accounts with that bank and never even in my dream will ever think about TD Bank even if it is near walking distance to home
