  Treated fairly during the sales and financial process of purchasing a new 2022 Sportage. Never felt pressured and the experience was a pleasant one. Would recommend Andy Eagley and KIA Vision in Canandaigua. They worked hard to get me the exact vehicle I wanted at an excellent price..Was given a more than fair price for my trade and they also paid off the last of my lease.. Will go back to Vision and Andy Eagley agsin ..

  I was very pleased with my service from Ed from start to finish. Ed took his time and answered any questions we had about the vehicle. Ed was able to get me into the vehicle of my dreams and we’re extremely happy. I would 10/10 recommend Ed if you’re looking to buy a vehicle and want an honest sales person who will not only sell you a vehicle.

  Hello I usually don't write reviews but for this place iam, recently we went up to look at vans seen one that we liked they gave us the monthly payment we where good with it asked us how much we can put down told them what we can do they went up a little higher with the down payment told them we needed to have the time to get the funds they said will work it out signed all of the paperwork for the van, they even had me put insurance on it, was supposed to pick up a few days later with the exception that I could get the funds they did give me a bit of time, to do so when we did finally get the funds for the down payment called them up to let them know we where coming to get the van they sold it from out under us, was not happy at all, they didn't even give us the courtesy to call us and ask if we had the down payment before they sold it shame on them. than they tried to sell me something else that we didn't want called up the owner brain mark told him the story he told me he would call me back this was Friday today is Saturday and no reply back from, him. Even called today they said he would call me back but nothing my advise to anyone looking to purchase a used car from here is to stay far away, not a very good experience with them at all, only good part about this whole thing was the sales person jason very very nice. wish he was working at another place so we could do business with him, if I could give them no stars I would.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful, I was able to get what I wanted for the price I wanted within a week! I had one minor paint chip and they took care of it right away! Cody and Brian were both very helpful!
