  I absolutely love being a Reliant member! I've been with them approx 21 years . We have all of our accounts there. Checking, savings, loans, mortgage! Service is ALWAYS FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL! Highly recommend! 😊

  I had a great year with this bank, it works if you don’t use your money. However, as soon as you have one problem and try to get it resolved, it’s a chain of unfortunate events and charges against your account. I will be asking around for a different bank. Update; the issue has been resolved, thank you so much for your help in resolving the matter.

  Its amazing how terrible and sneaky this bank is. I've had nothing but problems with this bank, unfortunately since I don't have my license yet it's the closest bank to walk to. When I first joined I was not told about some special program they put me in that's like a pay as you go type thing, I look at my bank account and find I have -$60 and they were like oh yea we signed you up for that, I turned it off, tried turning it back on a year later and was told I couldn't because they thought I was irresponsible with money and I told them I wasn't told anything about that program so how would i know, people who work there don't know what their doing and they are extremely slow. I had to pay for something at the dmv so I go to transfer the money I saved and I see that all of a sudden there is -$43 in my account so I call and ask why and I got a oh yea the check you got on your birthday had insufficient funds so we returned the check and there's a $20 fee as well, terrible customer service

  Have been a member for over 20 years and got totally shafted by them through a late payment issue on my credit card… Ultimately went to my credit report now I have to wait seven years despite letting them know it was late and trying to work it out … No longer doing business with them.!!!

  I've been a member for a few months now and I haven't had any bad experiences. The tellers and bankers are nice and it's a good bank.
