  Dana was super helpful and had the car ready for us as soon as we got there! Fast buying experience, and I was able to leave that same day with the car! He kept us updated on everything going on with paperwork and answered all my questions!

  Rick at auto outlets in Canandaigua was awesome to work with. The car I had been searching for popped up on the car guru search engine. I immediately inquired and not a moment later there was a message in my phone. He worked diligently to get this car from another location to his. It was a matter of two days before I drove this car off of the lot as my own. Rick was kind with a great sense of humor. Thank you for the super bee, Rick! I would highly recommend you guys to anyone I know searching for a car.

  I'm not usually one for writing reviews however, I was extremely pleased with my overall experience. Any one looking for a new car should give Auto Outlets a try. Nick Foster is by far the greatest car salesman I've ever worked with, he was very upfront and honest with me and couldn't be any more personable! This was my second car buying experience and I really wish I knew about Auto Outlets for my first go-around. EXTREMELY pleased with the attention I was given and most importantly the Mercedes I drove off in! Thanks Nick!

  Absolutely love this dealership! My family and in-laws worked with Lauren who was honestly just great! She made sure that the day we came in with my in-laws to buy their Tundra that all the necessary paperwork was done so all we had to do was test drive the truck and then sign papers and we were on our way! I very highly recommend Lauren to anyone, she definitely knows what she’s doing and always keeps you updated with everything!! Thanks Lauren!

  I had a great experience with them. I was working with Nick Foster, he was awesome and made the whole process quick and easy. The car was super clean inside and out and runs good. I've had the car for 3 weeks and have had no issues whatsoever. I will definitely recommend these guys to my family and friends, Thanks!

  The service was wonderful. I went in for a Subaru I saw online. It was ready fo go upon arrival. I decided go walk the lot and Discovered a beautiful Jeep Cherokee. I love my Jeep! Everything was so simple and seem less Quick efficient and friendly.

  My first experience there's was depressing but the salesman told me exactly what I needed to do to get the car I wanted. A month later I was driving off the lot with exactly what I wanted. The salesman I worked with brought me through all the backgrounds on the car he had available, was very polite, and was very honest with me. Couldn't have been happier. Nick Foster was who I worked with. I highly recommend this place for the customer service alone, you can't pass up the honesty and determination that sales team has to help you get what you want.

  First car buying experience and it was much better than I could have expected. I had gone to a few places before but I found a car I loved at Auto Outlet and the team there was willing to work with me on everything. Nick Foster was friendly and very professional.   We never knew buying a car could be this enjoyable! The Sales associate Patrick Himmler was very professional, easy to work with, and really listened to our concerns. He made the whole experience easy and stress-free! We looked around many dealerships and found these guys to have great prices and an excellent selection.

  I recently purchased a car from the Wolcott location and did NOT have a very good experience!! My boyfriend then began speaking with Lauren Gabriel at the Canandaigua store. She worked with him for a week and a half to get the PERFECT vehicle for him at the price he could afford. We went met with her she explained EVERYTHING and helped him make sure it was all perfect. She even helped me with a few things I did not understand about my car! Thank you very much Lauren for an amazing experience we will definitely come to you again!
