  I have always delt with Andy who is very friendly and professional ,this time he was not available and had Lisa. She demonstrated a very professional way and very polite and friendly. These two people are a asset to your company. I give them both a bonus if they worked for me.

  The agents that I spoke with were both efficient, polite and responsive to any questions. They also were able to get my loan requirements done within hours, I was greatly impressed and pleased.

  Every time I call they are very helpful and respectful. They explain the loan process and payments in a way that is easy to understand. They work with you to make sure the payments will fit into your current budget. I'm very happy with the experiences I've had with One Financial

  I applied here twice the first time with a representative saying I'd get accepted but never called me back and when I called back the manager was the one that had to tell me I got denied. Thanks for the call! Just applied again and the gentleman on the phone didn't seem to want to work with me, wasn't very sympathetic at all, didn't seem to care that I had an issue before.

  I was told over the phone I was approved. When I got there, they started playing with numbers and all of the sudden I was declined. I had already given my mechanic the go ahead on a new engine for my car based on them telling me I was approved. They really messed me up...and at Christmastime to boot!

  The loan process was quick and very easy . Jeff was very nice and got my out of there quickly and answered all my questions . If you are like me trying to rebuild you credit this is a fantastic way to go about it . I highly recommend OneMain Financial !!
